I'm curious to hear what other combos people have schemed up or what decks you're excited about playing. I'm a primarily wild player who plays mostly Paladin and I am really looking forward to giving my Big Paladin Deck another shot, and also excited to play a Reno Paladin with Cariel and handful of the new cards. Hbu?
Unless they ban Warrior/Hunter quest or heavily nerf their related cards in Wild, I don't expect much changes in Wild...
Ofc I will build and try new decks in Wild, but I really don't see any of the new cards to build decks that can counter or be more meta-powerful than Odd Hunter and Pirate Warrior...
Don't really care to try anything new. I'd rather play with my old decks with old cards and probably have interesting matches when opponent bothers try new cards.
All surely not Top Tier, but at least fun to play.
And I'll surely try out different versions of Frost Shaman to see if this might finally be a viable thing (though I think they are pushing it too hard this expansion...)
If I play Zeph, the game crashes and its like this since 21.6. Its not a small issue, they should have fixed it already, so I really hope they fix Zeph before the expansion. There are a lot of decks with new cards I want to try like:
I will also try the new frost shaman stuff, Im just not sure about the optimal shell, maybe Reno Galakrond shaman? Anyways the new expansion looks fun, the power creep is real. Im pretty sure we will have a meta shift, probably not with the decks I have mentioned, but the power level is high enough to make an impact on the meta.
Priest hero card seems fun as a finisher with leper gnome like effects, or with embrace the darkness and zombie chows. Maybe with awaken the makers to stall?
Wild is broken beyond repair, that being said the new rogue burgle stuff will make a fun concede deck. People need to stop pretending Wild is in a playable state and level their expectations to reality.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Wild was in playable state before the introduction of Warlock/Warrior/Hunter questline, they are the main culprits for the current state. You might say that other powerhouse (Darkglare Warlock, Secret Mage, APM Mage, Reno Priest, etc.) would rise back but they are always beatable, have various counters, and they are decks that were built up based on multiple expansion cards and throughout history of Hearthstone.
Odd Hunter, Pirate Warrior, and pre-banned Seed Warlock are disgusting decks that became broken all due to a single Questline card...
Wild can still be repaired if they can ban/fix these cards in time, or yes, I'd agree that it would eventually become broken beyond repair by the design direction that devs are doing: by introducing more broken cards to suppress the previously broken cards and making the entire format a mess, which will be the point that too many cards need to be fixed and so irritating that no one would ever care about anymore....
I don’t see how big anything can coexist with odd questline hunter, so the single biggest thing I am hoping for is a nerf to that. I am also concerned that even if the decks that currently dominate get nerfed, several OTK mage decks will be broken in the new meta. I think there is a good chance that combo mages have too much card draw in wild now, and the only thing keeping them from being oppressive is the presence of some utterly broken decks that kill them even faster. Control and value decks cannot exist in a meta where OTKs end the game on turn 6 or 7.

I was actually thinking about a Dead Man's Hand Even Warrior with the new spells but a recruit warrior gets me a little more excited
There’s not really any flexibility in Wild mode right now. It’s quest warrior or quest odd hunter with the occasional warlock. That’s what you have to play to hit legend.
mode is broken. But hearthstone is broken in general.
find another game and you will enjoy the time off on the holidays much more.
this game is dying big time. People are leaving in droves and blizzards updates to the game for almost a year now have been a casino mentality - all the updates just introduce more ways to spend money.
this game used to be so fun! I think it’s over bro.

a more healthy meta, where we have don't have one or two overwhelmingly top tier decks.
I'm not. Nothing was done to slow down quest pirate warrior or odd quest hunter.
Druid. Aviana revival

I really like the Big Spell Mage and Freeze Shaman new additions, but I doubt they'll do anything in Ranked

There are actually some cards that would fit into my favourite fun-decks:
- Silence Priest ( Frozen Mammoth, Najak Hexxen, maybe Deliverance )
- Evolve Shaman ( Frostwolf Warmaster, Spammy Arcanist, Stormpike Marshal )
- Deathrattle Hunter ( Korrak the Bloodrager, Popsicooler, Piggyback Imp )
All surely not Top Tier, but at least fun to play.
And I'll surely try out different versions of Frost Shaman to see if this might finally be a viable thing (though I think they are pushing it too hard this expansion...)

- Even recruit warrior with Frozen Buckler and Shield Shatter
- Discolock with Sacrificial Summoner (turn 3 Doomguard from Frenzied Felwing)
- Reno big spell mage with all of the new tools
- Tempo burgle rogue with Double Agent and Wildpaw Gnoll
- Handbuff paladin with Irondeep Trogg, Saidan the Scarlet and Stormpike Marshal

That's a cool combo! Haven't thought of this one yet.
Will definitely try out that one!

they must get rid of the quests first, and im afraid thats not gonna happen :(
the quests changed wild hearthstone forever im afraid,
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!

Heal/control pally and Handbuff Pally are looking pretty interesting to me this set. I might even give pure pally another whirl.

k gotta go, late for a cube crawl sorry.
just reached legend with galakrond warlock so no it’s possible to do it with other decks
Hopefully Lightforged Cariel + Reno Jackson can keep up with aggro, if not, I'll go back to standard for a while.
