So maybe this was already posted somewhere, but I was curious. What did you pick, maybe this will give some insight on who will win. As an alliance player in retail and horde player in classic, it was kinda hard for me to choose. I ended picking horde/Drek'thar because I liked the art more and love to see it in diamond.
I picked Drek'thar/The horde for obvious reasons. I tried it in zoo warlock and it actually seems quite good in there. You can reliably pull great value cards like Kabal Outfitter or even Imprisoned Scrap Imp. It does not really fit in any other decks, and even though it can pretty much win you the game on the spot you still have to draw the card in the first place
I picked Horde because the majority of decks I play are in Horde classes (Shaman, Warrior, Mage, and Warlock). But it was difficult cuz Paladin is my favorite class and I also like DH and more recently Hunter.
As of right now, I don't think they have a proper Horde mage character - but I imagine that the next rewards track will feature Varden hero skins like how each of the previous sets have offered multiple of each for different mercenaries.
Both in heart and cause the card just seems to have more potential to be busted.
I'm also fairly sure even before I picked that Horde would win anyway, cause Horde have the more fanatical online presence and usually win these kinds of fan votes (even if 100% of y'all Horde would want to live in Stormwind over that hot and smelly collection of mudhuts that is Orgrimmar).

Also in the book of heroes, Jaina was an ally to Thrall, a horde member.
Went for what looks like it can have a chance competitively. Vanndarr seems solid and like it could fit in some decks tbh. Drek'Thar seems like wow yeah me go face, you die on turn 5 meme but in reality every single aggro deck that would like Drek'Thar's effect is a worse deck if they don't run their 4 and 5 mana minions that top their curve. I also don't think there's currently an aggro deck that's fast and consistent enough to only run a 1,2,3 curve + Drek'Thar.
I picked Alliance but won't win: Horde is suited to aggro decks and aggro decks win games more quickly; so if everyone uses their Alliance/Horde legendary and both have a 50/50 win/loss, Horde will still win as more games played.
Wanted to pick Horde so bad, but realized no aggressive deck will ever run Drek cuz all their finishers have 4+ mana (Mr. Smite anyone??) so ye, Horde is bait. Vanndar could be bait too, but its a more interesting bait I guess lol.

For the HORDE !!
This has another thread, sort of.
I picked Drek'thar because my Horde instincts told me to.
But I actually think Vanndar will be more fun. I'm not really an aggro player and so far attempts to do silly things with Drek haven't worked out.
We'll all have both eventually, so it's not a huge deal.

What horde hero is mage? KT?
Varden Dawngrasp
KT isn't affiliated with either faction.

FOR THE ALLIANCE!

Is that even a question? FOR THE HOOOOORDE!!
Haven't faced Drek'Thar yet, but Vanndar on the other hand seems to be everywhere now, lmao especially in Wild.
Pardon me - but some of us live in the elegant, beauty homes of Silvermoon City while still under the banner of the Horde.
Both legendary seemed trash
I would choose Alliance if I cared enough, but I don't, so I chose Horde, because Drek'thar is a card I like much more.
English is not my native language, so, with a high probability, mistakes were made.

I dont play much aggro so choice was easy. Im sorry Horde, i choose alliance

So it seems more people picked alliance but most people expect horde to win, interesting
