Yes you are more restrictive in UK. In Europe, they don't need to be faulty. "If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification."
Anyway yes, this topic is boring :). I don't anyway like Blizzard's behaviour.
Complete legal answer is anyway, probably in the attachment. During the purchase, (probably in that pop-up window that nobody read) you probably have to agree to refuse a future refund. This is legal but questionable in behaviour for a large company, given that its "competitors" like Apple with in-game purchases allow it. And also because ethically is quite in the boundary because you ask the people to refuse one of their rights.
Nice company. They removed the refund as stated in EU, they sold 130€ pre-purchase in mercenaries packs and they did not develop what they promised. Ah yes, they gave us 5 free packs! Nice Blizz.
That could be true if they fixed Tyrantus as quickly as they “fixed” the mercenaries pvp “rock, paper, scissor” thing. And dude its more complex to fix that thing than to put in a card “cant be targeted by spells or abilities” but that thing got fixed in 10 hours and Tyrantus its been more than a month.
