As in when minions attack your hero they take damage?
I guess it's not completely true, there are some secrets like flameward and explosive trap, but I mean a constant (at least for one whole turn) threat?
It could be as simple as a card allowing weapon classes to unsehathe their weapon during the opponent's turn.
They will. They definitely will one day! It's something I've thought about too, maybe we might see something for it soon. Blizz said earlier this year they have plans for a paladin archetype centred around buffing weapon durability... could be a good combo

Or just a card that gives your hero a permanent attack buff. For example: Give your hero +1 Attack for the rest of the game.

Dear God, no. The last thing this game needs is an incentive to play the mindless attack buff DH archetype. (I'm not saying it's powerful, just that it's an incredibly tedious, boring deck to play against.)

Where did I say something about it being a DH card? I was thinking about the druid class, dude.

I never said you did. Because you didn't specify a class, I assumed (wrongly) that you envisioned this as a neutral card. But even as a druid card, I hate it. The druid questline is also a moronic one to play against, so a card like that would only encourage more people to play that deck.
I agree with Pherosizm and TallStranger - the mechanic would either be OP against aggro and useless against control, or result in a deck that had a permanent Vaporize. The card would definitely need to be tied to a minion and only be active while the minion was alive, or on a spell or a battlecry, be active for a set amount of turns.

Hearthstone devs don't give a single f..k about balance. Hell, they don't even know what that means. So, why should we worry about it? :P

Imo, the balanced way to deal with it would be a weapon that intentionally stayed active during your opponent's turn. Or better was only active during your opponent's turn. Each thorn strike would be the same as a normal weapon strike: both sides take their relevant damage and durability goes down by one. Aggro decks could play around it either by sequencing attacks well, buffs/shields, or running weapon removal. It'd be weaker against control sure, that's fine.

One day for sure...I am willing to wait for more than 8 years .
That's an excellent point. Pretty classic druid thing right there - literally a spell called "thorns".
In this kind of game, it would have to have a limit, though. Like, "the next three attacking enemies take 1-2 damage" or something like that.
Of course, in this meta, there are plenty of decks that don't need to physically attack the enemy to win, so... who knows!

Technically we had that effect. There was a bug where your weapon didn't close and actually worked on your enemies turn.
