Warlock quest is pretty dumb, but it's not as dumb as Mage. Theoretically, Warlock has to ride the razor's edge between life and death, and puts themselves at greater risk of getting burned out by a fast deck.
That makes Warlock less dumb than Mage, since Mage advances their quest just by playing the spells they wanted to play anyhow.
But they're both bad for the game, since they've killed control entirely.
Warlock can still drop 8/8s while completing their quest in less than 6 turns. Sorry the dumb is very high with this one. Only a few times have I ever seen them not draw what they need.
In climbing this month it's been almost all Warlocks.
And yes, Mage keeps the other counter decks low. Seeing they have endless damage once they complete their quest.
Thanks. Bye!

Thank you.
shaman seems to be everywhere countering it imo now
Hmmm, that's a tough one. I played against a quest mage earlier and they killed me with two (two mana) fireballs in one turn. That was pretty dumb.
And since this just happened and I haven't lost to a warlock in at least 10 games, I'd say quest mage is dumber.
Can't argue with my analysis, it's foolproof.
Consider your mind, changed.

So 2 decks that destroy the Meta. GG Blizzard.
