Come on people, I know all you wild players love your warlock weapon, but Flik Skyshiv is such a cool card/character!
"Stabby-stab-stab!"
Love you advocating for your personal favourites.
I think Flik's effect was wasted on a no name character, it's one of the most amazing effects, in a game full of them. On the flipside, the card made Flik a name that most HS players will know, so it created something new.
Still not as cool as Skull of the Man'ari though. Sorry. Part of the first Legendary Weapons, game breaking card that defined it's deck both in the time it came out and long after. The artifact (skull) of the being that started the universal trend of summoning Demons to do your bidding.
In terms of history and effect, Skull is just a more awesome card than Flik.

cannot agree more
I am surprised that Flik is losing too, I thought we as a community silently agreed to kick all these weapons/spells first, and Flik is one of the few Rogue cards which is good and not that annoying even for me as a Rogue "hater". I thought you need to be as bad as Zentimo or Finja to lose such a matchup. Also all this lore/name stuff seem so weird to me. Like people still remember Warcraft or play WoW? When I started to play HS, the only character I remembered from that universe was Arthas. Maybe that's why the best hunter legendary ever printed is losing to a not very cool or powerful Medivh, which is also surprising to me.
English is not my native language, so, with a high probability, mistakes were made.
I think there's mostly 2 distinct Hearthstone players, former card game players and former Warcraft players.
Judging by the polls, the former Warcraft players have a significant advantage on the former card game players.
Also, anecdotally perhaps, but of my HS friends, the ones that continue playing patch after patch are almost exclusively also the players that still (occasionally) play WoW. And I can include myself in that too, if I wanted. I still play both.

I kinda wish the last one there had been King Togwaggle
He would get my vote every time! XD
The information about polls is quite interesting. Yeah, I probably misjudge from card player perspective. I thought HS as a card game would be more attractive for card gamers rather than Warcraft players.

The best (for some value of best which isn't always power level) hunter legendary ever hasn't even appeared yet - Dreadscale! Still waiting for his appearance, if he'll even make one here...
Sorry, this is the 4th and Final week of the prelims. Any card you haven't seen yet is not in.

Never seen a place with so many losers at same time.
Ah, well - saves him from an unearned loss :P
No, it's a bad card for hunter, because ability can't go face :) Dreadscale + Acidmaw would be cooler at some other class

I usually don't tell all my choices, but being the last time, I'll go on.
1-Wait, are you even serious? This tauren nobody who is nothing without Galakrond is trying to compete with Our lord and Saviour (and dagon overlord) Reno Jackson?
2-Is this a choice whether I like to get stabbed in the chest or kicked in the groin? Well, kick (shaman) it is.
3-Flik, what can I say? It's the greatest control card rogue ever had (besides allmighty Tess Greymane and her Spectral Cutlass), and we all love control rogue!
4-My favorite deck last year was Reno-Zoth-Shudderwock shaman... with "filling the board undetermined amount of times with Khartut Defenders, Sylvanas and stuff" being one of its win conditions... nuff said.
5-Poor Luna, she had to face the prophet of the lord Jackson. I'm voting Zephrys, but I kinda feel sorry for her.
6-Vietnam flashbacks with priest intensify... no... I must'nt... *scream my lungs out* I pick Curator!!!!
7-RATTLEGOOOOOOOOORE!!!!
8-Loatheb, one of the oldest bros of all time. The heroic boss fight was a pain, but it was totally worth it even in the expansion it came out.
9-Even if the archetype mostly flopped, having a deck dedicated to worship a card in the deck was neat. And guess what? It somewhat is the origin of the Shudderwock, so... big win for C'thun here.
10-Xaril was such a fun card to play with. Even if the poisons were'nt that great anyways, they led to some crazy plays back on the days.
11-You could put a Wisp here and I'll vote it instead of Vargoth. The priest and mage gang totally ruined him for me (and that atrocious heroic boss fight in Dalaran heist).
12-Argh, why?! I freaing love dwarves, but this one I have to give it to the lady who made rogues a crazy shenanigan class and we all loved it. Wich makes seeing her losing quite terrible.
13-Zixor. yeah, I played even decks. Yeah, it's cool. Yeah, I love them more than I love odd ones. Yeah, I just hate Genn as a character, I rather vote Zixor.
14-Jandice takes the whole cake and eats it. She's just wonderful, both as card and as hero in battlegrounds.
15-Medivh always wins, he clearly says so. Plus, in the Karazhan trailer had this Leonardo diCaprio vibe and it was cool as heck to see him partying in a pre-Horde Karazhan. Extra points for DJaraxxus, minus points for not finding a Draenei woman who did'nt look posessed.
16-Look... I love Togwaggle. I do... but this one goes for Emperor Thaurissan, for ages one of the big boys in every slow deck and proud owner of the first insta-kill hero power in Hearthstone's history.

Ah, but not all hunters love the face :) Acidmaw is just too expensive for any use, but Dreadscale is great. Doesn't always make the cut, depending on meta, but often puts in work for me.
Forgot Flik Skyshiv was a card. Would be cool if you showed an example of old cards. My memory sucks.
We're unable to link cards in the actual polls. But, there are links in the post you can hover over.
You fail to understand how bad my memory is... Who am I?
The Hearthpwn community disappointed me. 75% of the voters NOT voting against Vargoth, seriously?
