What is your estimate regarding the new HS expansion launch date (Now that we know they will announce it on July 1st)?

Probably week 1 of August. I hope it won't release any sooner than that as i still need to farm some gold.

HS releases expansions 3 times a year...every 4 months...April, August, and December.

While that has historically been the case, the past two releases have been earlier than the norm.  Darkmoon Faire came out on 11/17 and Barrens came out on 3/30.

Releasing on 7/29 would put it on track closer to the 122-day average between expansions.

Just look at a calendar to see if there are any upcoming Masters or GM events because usually the expansions release around 1 - 2 weeks before which allows (what's supposed to be a competitive event) be dictated by a handful of broken cards.

The first Tuesday or Thursday in August since it is being announced so early. 

This one feels early to me.  I Was shocked to see an ananouncement already.

Maybe because all ive been playing is duels.

They are just trying to do damage control because they pushed back mercenaries mode. They want to get out ahead by making an announcemnt earlier than usual

it was 2020 and 2019 launch date, I hope they are not speeding up.

Late July, because last 2 expansion were launched in late November and March. Also it gives more time for GMs to prepare their decks

I'd guess July 27th or August 3rd. I hope it's the former, I find the standard meta to be quite stale.

Since they released the first expansion a week or two earlier than previous, I’m expecting late july or very early august. 27th, 29th or 3rd.

I am hoping it's July 27th, August 3rd would be a little too late imo.

I'm betting on August 5th.First Thursday of August

If they put the pre-orders on the store today, we'll know for sure (even though they do not traditionally give an exact date in the announcement video).
