Three days ago, I was playing arena with Shaman (Lady Vashj) and I faced a player named Trump. As usual and as I expected, my opponent wasn't the real Hearthstone pro player, but now I wonder how many of you here had the chance to play against one, since as far as I'm concerned, I never experienced such a thing in seven years of been playing this game. :(
Yeah, played against Amaz a few years ago. He was my legend boss. I was not sure it was the real one so I logged on twitch to see his channel, and yeah, he was playing against me. Closed it because I didn't want to snipe but, even if I did snipe if still would have lost miserably. He was playing the Kathrena Winterwisp OTK deck and I was dead at turn 8 or 9, something like that. I don't remember what I was playing though, probably a meme rogue deck or something.
Back in February, I played Hotform in Duels. I had a silly idea to do this mana biscuit OTK I was trying and it totally whiffed. I tried to snipe him and it ended up being a bit humiliating as him and his chat joked about how dumb my strategy must be.
Queued into Kripp in Arena once, waaaay back in the day (It was either GvG or BRM era, I remember hoping for Clockwork Gnome to give me the switch stats Spare Part for a good trade), at 1-0. He completely stomped me, partially because my deck and my draw was pretty bad, but mostly because I was legitimately playing terribly due to being so nervous. Good times.
Back when Duals launched I played against some guy named Vardu.I havent heard of him till then, but he got the Golden Celebration card back so I looked him up and he was a member of team liquid or smth.
