Even though Shaman desperately needs card draw, I can't get too excited about this card. To utilize it one has to build a deck with only nature spells and with some elementals. And here are my main issues:
The vast majority of Shaman Nature spells are damage spells (burn or AOE) which means they benefit greatly from spell damage. However Primordial Studies is not a nature spell (which means you don't want to run it as you risk drawing only 1 card off the Dungeoneer) and on top of that Novice Zapper is not an elemental
Shaman's best elementals have the 'if you played an elemental last turn' condition. And Dungeoneer himself is not an elemental, which can mess up this condition

1. yup, but most of them has overload too so fetching unbound elemental or imprisoned phoenix
2. it does compete with arid stormer, gyreworm and unbound elemental for 3mana slot, but all of them can be played turn 2 via kindling. And so far no 4 mana cards has the if you played an elemental last turn' condition.

But a 2/3 for 3 mana that draws a card isn't terrible, with a chance that it draws two. Which is huge in a class that lacks card draw. Does it encourage you to skew toward nature spells? Yes. The payoff is too big not to. But can you probably get away with running a few non nature spells? I'm inclined to think so. After all, many druid decks that run Fungal Fortunes still run some minions.

You cant draw 2 cards and have an elemental tag its just too much stuff, too easy to glue a deck.
I like the card, definately the strongest out of the 4 rares they revealed. It wont change a thing about shaman, not yet :)
It's an auto-include for a Shaman deck right now yes, but it is not good enough to make Shaman good again without more support. The kind of Elemental Shaman deck into which this card fits will have some card draw, some card generation, some nice synergistic minions too, but will still not have a win condition, something broken/OP like most meta decks have
1. shaman has some very good nature spell and what about Novice Zapper for what? It says "Draw an elemental" is a tutor draw, you only need the nature spell to activate the second part 2. Card draw for shaman is needed, even if you draw a "dead" card for 1 turn, so is not a big deal. and the card it's ok for 3 mana 2/3 draw 2, many class would want that
I don't think it's really an issue for control shaman. Only losses are the 1-cost spells, and you can make up for some of that with Wandmaker (or just run them and roll the dice; if you're giving yourself an 80+% chance on the draw, that's probably playable).
The question is more, "which elemental would you really want to draw?". And that can't really be answered without a win condition in place. Right now there's just not much benefit to cycling through your deck because you're not going to find any cards that actually help you kill your opponent. We'll have to see what other cards get released.

Even with non-nature spells and 0 elemental in your deck it's still 2 mana 2/3 tutor a card, this card has many uses and is extremely strong at a base level, then gets stronger in an elemental build
This is the sort of card draw I was hoping to see in Shaman, so good on Blizzard for that. Most good shaman spells are nature spells, and you don't need a perfect ratio to take advantage of this.

I don't agree. This literally will draw your lightning bolts, serpentshrine portals and/or Tidal Waves (or other AoE cards). All of which can win you a game in the right circumstances. There're also some decent elementals that decks may run if they enable a +1 card advantage 2/3 body like this.
You can run a deck with a small number of Elementals so that not only is it card draw, but also a tutor. Perhaps you can do the same with spells, but i cba to research that right now.
If a non-aggro Shaman deck becomes viable, this will be an important inclusion.

Sham finally has card draw.

No, this must be a misprint. Shaman doesn't draw cards.

super strong card for doomhammer shaman

I kinda believe this dictates a aggressive deck.
Still it's better then no draw but the conditions are not rly made for a controlish type of shaman.
Maybe some nuke/ele Deck could be a thing, most good nature spells are face material.

elementals are shit atm, if they won't add any great 2 and 4 mana elems the card won't see play because it's still worce than skorpid

Can't edit the post above. I know it's 3 mana not 2.

Shaman now really needs a 4 mana elemental and a high cost spell and elemental shaman would work!
Shaman would need several good 4 mana cards before they would be played instead of Kazakus.
Honestly I think this card fits best in a deck kinda like this:
