So HS has some infinite loops (for example the Radiant Elemental - Knife Juggler - Test Subject - Embalming Ritual - Topsy Turvy combo - for more you can check the video in the link at the end from content creator Solem), but most of them require a lot of cards, usually fringe ones, and often quite a bit of setup.
However yesterday in a Rogue mirror at the Grandmasters I witnessed an infinite loop that only requires 2 cards and actually one from each player and I thought it was quite cool:
Player A finishes his turn by playing Shadowstep on a minion
Player B plays any card followed by Vanessa VanCleef. Vanessa now generates a Shadowstep which can be played on her so she can be replayed for 0 mana and generate another Shadowstep, etc...
In the actual Grandmasters game Player B started with Field Contact followed by Vanessa VanCleef, which means that with this infinite combo he could choose exactly how many cards he wanted to draw, from 1 to his whole deck ;)
That is quite cool, but I wouldn't say it's the simplest at all. For this to work you have to face a Rouge and they have to play shadowstep as the last card. If you try to recreate it, i think you will have more succes with other infinite loops.
But if the opportunity arises it's a really powerful play, and probably game winning

just give ur opponent a shadowstep with cho to make it easier to pull off maybe
then use spectral pillager for lethal after doing the infinite loop enough times

This is won't happen very often, and is very easy to avoid. I would not call that or anything else relying on you opponent doing something very specific "Simple".
Of course it is very situational, but finishing a turn with Shadowstep is not that uncommon (happens often on turn 6 with Jandice Barov or on turn 4 with Field Contact into one battlecry minion into shadowstepping the Field Contact to draw a lot more cards later)
But the main point is that this infinite loop can arise naturally with normal play between popular meta decks, while every other one I can think of requires playing a meme deck with the explicit purpose of achieving said loop

Yea it was a cool moment. Grandmasters must put more focus on their rogue matchup and what card they play last.
