Tickatus is perfectly beatable even by a control decks, all you need is a win condition other than fatigue.
Like what, other than aggro?
tempo, otk, tech cards like the 4 mana 5/5 pirate?
Name the specific decks.
Also, tech card sucks. There's a video from a YouTuber named Hearthstone Tips by Kris O Five that showed that the game analyzed your deck for matchup and WOULD (not guaranteed, though) match you with a counter to your deck. For example, if you decide to put a secret tech card in your deck, you're pretty much not going to face anyone who uses secrets.
Great, now you've descended into conspiracy theory nonsense. And hey, if a YouTuber says it, it must be true! God knows, they don't let anything onto that esteemed site that isn't 100% accurate. That's how I know that we're really being governed by alien lizard people.
And, BTW, if that's the case, you should put a tech card that hurts the decks you hate most into your deck. That way, you'll never face them and your meager winrate will skyrocket.
Nope - ZERO effect on anything. It helped Paladin, it didnt touch Mage in any way whatsoever. They are ruining the game and needed massive nerfing and they lost NOTHING. Mage continues to have a moron-proof, OTK deck that goes off on turn 4 or 5 at the LATEST. Oh, did your dirty rat pull Flamewanker? Doesnt matter - next turn the other one comes out anyways. You lose. Skill. Sure, Jan.
Your passive aggressiveness is amusing, considering how embarrassing your mistake is.
It's not said by the YouTuber, it's in Blizzard's own patent. The YouTuber just covered it.
You know, in my past comment, I said this "The community is the actual problem of this game", and you did nothing but further proving that what I said was true.
I also said this "Please put a little effort to read just a little bit more". When I say it, I do not only mean about reading, but also researching.
Rattlegore is a valid point, though it's not a hard counter because there is still a high chance the card gets burned. Also, even if you manage to summon it, it's not like it's an automatic win, especially if the opponent is already Jaraxxus.
For Carnival Clown, if you mean Ramp Druid, if you read my past comment in this thread, I also said that Ramp Druid was a problem as well as Control Warlock and No Interaction Mage.
N'Zoth's minions can be wiped out with Twisting Nether, and if the opponent is already Jaraxxus, it can still summon 6/6 Infernal. Also, current N'Zoth is terrible, because you can no longer corrupt Carnival Clown with it.
OTK Demon Hunter faces the same problem as Rattlegore. Key cards like Moarg, Felscream Blast, or Skull of Gul'dan may be burned by Tickatus.
I don't know why you put Inquisitor in there, even though it doesn't counter Control Warlock.
Alexstrasza as well. For Alex and Inquisitor to counter Control Warlock, you must assume that Warlock's Health is below 8 by turn 9, which is simply not possible unless you play aggro.

Yeah dude any board can be wiped with twisting Nether, but are you going to save your last nether in the event that your opponent plays N'zoth? That's not how it works in practice. Sticky boards that come in waves can be a problem for warlocks.
Otk Demon Hunter just needs to draw Il'Gynoth, and they ususally do so before the warlock's turn 8. Yeah it can get burned, but it's very unlikely, because you run a lot of card draw so you are statistically very likely to have it. That's why the deck is favored against control warlock.
You can also go Soul/Midrange or Deathrattle Demon Hunter. They are all favored vs control Warlock. As for Alex, Rogue in particular can play it at least 3 times, and with some earlier chip, that should be enough to usually beat locks.
I understand that for inexperienced players Tickatus seems like a problem, but when so many classes and decks counter it, it's hard to justify a nerf. You need to learn to put actual pressure on your opponent's life total.
I'm not going to quote your comment. It will just be a waste of space.
"Are you going to save the last Nether just so that you can counter N'Zoth"
Except that Warlocks never play TW unless there are like at least 5 minions that have at least 5/5 each. It's borderline impossible to have that many minions on board in one turn more than 2 times in a game, especially since Warlocks are the ones who pressure the opponent in later game, not the other way around. Also, Warlocks have LOTS of removals, like Cascading Disaster and Hysteria to be played in place of TW.
No, Deathrattle DH is not favorable against Control Warlock.
Nobody plays Alexstrasza 3 times. Too slow. Returning Kazakus, its Golem, or Jandice is better. Even if they plan to return Alex, by Turn 9, the Rogue's deck is already screwed by Tickatus, anyway. The Warlock takes 8 damage, then plays Y'shaarj and heals with fragments drawn from corrupted Luckysoul, burns 5 more cards, and blocks opponent with more Taunts. By the time, Rogue's deck is probably already empty due to Rogue having high card draws.
Yeah, because top players are inexperienced players, right?
Top player Thijs plays Control Warlock as one of his main decks. He could be that high because of Control Warlock. Are you claiming to be smarter at Hearthstone than Thijs?
Listen, the only one close to actually being a valid point is DH deck, only 1 class.
I will say this: Control Warlock's OP ness is masked because it's neutralized by matchups against decks like aggro and its problematic counterpart (No Interaction Mage, for example).
Last thing, No Interaction Mage's win rate is also not very high, but a lot of people (even Tournament winners mind you) complain about it, wanting to nerf Incanter's Flow. That's the same case as Warlock. No control deck can win against them.
This is going to be my last comment to you. If you still aren't convinced, you probably are never interested in doing discussions in the first place.

if thats the case then tech cards are even better than ever. imagine this: your deck really struggles vs secret mage in wild. what to do? tech in a eater of secrets and boom never face them again. oh wait theres another one: u face secret mage but u dont draw ur eater of secrets kekw. enjoy your legend ladder

But by all means, continue to think that Blizzard is stacking the deck against you. It's easier than trying to actually improve your game.
It's a terrible "debunk". Half of it is just filled with Ad Hominems about the YouTuber. I'm surprised if the mods haven't given the person some kind of warning.
As for the points, they're weak. Heck, even the person said this "This is old news, and has been ACKNOWLEDGED for years" when responding to Blizzard matching new players with experienced paid players so that new players buy packs, which did not look good for the rest of the response at all.
The YouTuber never said that it's 100% confirmed. He only showed proof that such thing is more than just a myth. Obviously, there's no way to 100% confirm it, but logically, Blizzard will implement the patent that they paid for. Also, it's only 3 years old. Patents usually last for 15 years at least.
The meta seems fine, I don't get what anyone is taking issue with really. So there are a number of strong deck archetypes and classes which have higher win rates within certain bands of the standard ladder.
Welcome to card games? It's not like it's skewed particularly badly. You can pop a number of varieties of decks on ladder and hit legend and have fun. Really don't see the problem, they've stated that paladin is still a bit stronger than they intended so we'll likely see some change there
Rattlegore is a valid point, though it's not a hard counter because there is still a high chance the card gets burned.
Yes, if it gets burned, then you lose, if not, you win and what's wrong with that? Are you expecting control deck, that beats Warlock with 100% consistency? Why?
Also, even if you manage to summon it, it's not like it's an automatic win, especially if the opponent is already Jaraxxus.
Again, do you want auto win against Tickatus Warlock? Why?
For Carnival Clown, if you mean Ramp Druid, if you read my past comment in this thread, I also said that Ramp Druid was a problem as well as Control Warlock and No Interaction Mage.
No, not Druid, any control deck e.g Warrior or Priest. Warrior can have up to 4 copies of Clown (thanks to Bulk Up), which is way too much for Warlock to handle.
N'Zoth's minions can be wiped out with Twisting Nether, and if the opponent is already Jaraxxus, it can still summon 6/6 Infernal. Also, current N'Zoth is terrible, because you can no longer corrupt Carnival Clown with it.
Any board can be wiped, this is how this game works...
OTK Demon Hunter faces the same problem as Rattlegore. Key cards like Moarg, Felscream Blast, or Skull of Gul'dan may be burned by Tickatus.
Tickatus is way too slow. I usually die to combo, before I even draw him.
I don't know why you put Inquisitor in there, even though it doesn't counter Control Warlock.
Look at Warlock's win rate vs Inquisitor DH (it's 31%, one of THE WORST matchups for Control Warlock).
Alexstrasza as well. For Alex and Inquisitor to counter Control Warlock, you must assume that Warlock's Health is below 8 by turn 9, which is simply not possible unless you play aggro.

There is no reason to do what's described in Hearthstone because people who don't have the cards to make good decks already know they need better cards, and normal, random matchmaking will remind them of that every time they naturally lose a game.
Rattlegore, Carnival Clown, N'Zoth, God of the Deep, Il'gynoth, Illidari Inquisitor, Alexstrasza the Life-Binder and so on.

Carnival Clown & Alexstrasza alone are win conditions vs. warlock?? That’s news to me!
The nonsense about the patent has been exposed numerous times by people who are actually capable of coherent thought. See for example, Shadowrisen's pretty authoritative dismantling of that video here: https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/246232-an-interesting-video?comment=4
