So what, he got a nut draw T1, something that almost never happens and it's not even that strong to begin with. Cast lightning storm on his board and he basically lost because he has no cards left to your full hand... It's not even a T1 deck lol, people really do complain about everything.

I mean, I would say the game is far from over, but it sure looks tough.
Fortunately, he's probably overloaded, so his turn 2 is going to be weak. You have a way to discover a card and play your 1 mana guy. You can value trade the 1/1 with spellburst, then bump it into another one plus portal on turn 3, leaving him with 3 dudes and a 3 cost guy on your side.
Then you play your generated elemental on turn 4, and lilypad guy on turn 5.
Are you dead yet? Probably not. There's always something you can do.

there was not much i could do on turn 2 either, and on turn 3 he cast power of the wild
shaman got many answers to this? :P you can revolve or earth shake with spell power.. elemental is trash tho, elemental shaman dont have many answers to this lol
you can't do anything it's autoloss if opponent had this hand
The problem is you see in the games when druid have a hand like this but what you don't see is the other 3 games druid can't do anything until is not relevant anymore.
This kind of oppening is not an issue, much worse are decks can do massive and consistent pressure from turn 1 to 10 without run out of steam, like DH when was released.
No one said it's "his fault." What people have said is: a) his opponent drew a very lucky opening hand; b) answers for said board state exist (though, obviously, there's no guarantee he'll draw them); and c) while dire, the game is not unwinnable. Building a wide and threatening board state a very common approach for Token Druid. Especially if you're playing as Shaman, you need to mulligan assuming that's the type of druid you're playing. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. But in any event, if he does manage to clear the opponent's board without getting too beaten up, he's in very good shape, as the druid is now topdecking. That's the risk the druid is taking.
Do you think OP complains when he lucks out and draws the perfect opening hand or top decks exactly the card he needs? Of course not. No one does. Sometimes, you get lucky and sometimes the other guy does. That's how card games work.
And if the game is so "shit ass" why the hell are you playing it?
Please, someone send this to Blizzard. I don't think this is okay to have such a huge snowball opener on turn 1, it is impossible to answer...
The game outcome decided by turn 1.
The game is either you get scammed or scam your opponent, deal with it.
This game will never be balanced.

At least these openers do not happen consistenly often, like with e.g. Tunnel Trogg back in the days.

Cast Lightning storm, hilarious.

Nope, try again.

You may survive until you can clear this, especially with your shaman you have the tools. That game was definetly not lost at that point.

Well sometimes people draw strong openers, and you dont draw the answer. How is that not how a card game is supposed to be?
Silver Hand Recruit
OP you need to listen to the fanboys. The game is perfectly balanced and it's your fault for not having a fucking Lightning Storm.
Shit ass game.

either Novice Zapper or Revolve, then Lightning Bloom, then either Lightning Storm or Landslide
That's 4 options right there! And in all of them you'd keep a minion yourself

Just gonna throw it there for the OP or anyone else interested in knowing why the game is in the current state.
