Tickatus really isn't the problem. Don't get me wrong, I don't like the card on principle, but with a meta that's entirely super fast face decks, Tickatus is just useless. Tickatus is a tool for Warlocks to win against control decks, and I suppose if you'd want to counter Tickatus with your control deck, there's enough disruptions like Dirty Rat, Deathlord, or Hecklebot. But noone seems to play them.
Also, I like to think that everyone who cries about Tickatus is just a salty Priest main with an infinite value deck that gets fucked by Tickatus.
I think tick will eventually get nerfed - but not because it’s good. It will get nerfed because a) many people - especially low ranks - play it even tough the whole deck is garbage (and it is, whoever wants to argue about warlock being op should read the vs report. If you don’t believe In data, arguing with you is pointless anyway) and b) by playing a bad deck they suppress a good one (control priest). And many people are whining. and btw, tick isn’t suppressing control decks - only priest. For that, I would also recommend the vs report (warrior section) - control warrior, while being a bad deck in general - has positive winrates against tick lock (if built right -> no ctuhn, with talean rattlegore faceless)
Nerfing Tickatus is generally a strange thing, because it's very mediocre card in a very bad deck, and yet despite that, it's also crazy popular (probably the most popular T3/T4 deck I ever seen in any meta!). That's because people don't play Control Lock to win or climb the ladder. They play it, because they think it's cool. That's why nerfing Tickatus should rather make it "less cool" for general populous, than trully weaker... but how?
Is burning 4 cards instead of 5 "less cool" enough to stop people from playing this deck? Im not sure. So how about 3? Ye, I guess that would probably work, but only because burning 3 cards, after so much effort, is just too weak and would make the card simply unplayable, even against very slow and greedy decks it was designed to counter (like Control Priest).
I agree Tickatus is annoying and toxic card, but it has its place in overall balance and should be relevant.
My idea is to remove corruption and the demon tag (so you could use him only once per game), but also make burning 5 cards from opponent's deck a default battlecry effect. Card would be much faster and more reliable even against aggro decks (vanilla 8/8 on 6 is acceptable), but also less toxic against slower ones.
I think Alexstrasza the Life-Binder. Why? 1) She's used as a finisher in sooo many decks, most of which shouldn't have a mini-pyro just ready on turn 9. She's also part of the core set and therefor has no dust refund cost (money).
My wish list is that Tickatus also get's some sort of change, but I fear that may be wishful thinking :(
Guess we will see.. i still feel it needs it. At THE LEAST make its 6/6 or remove demon tag. If the nerfs hit the faster decks and they dont touch Tickatus its going to be even nastier. Warlocks just have way too much removal and heal to have such a strong control card (strong against any other control), and yes I often play a warlock deck with Tickatus. Aggro/fast decks keep us in check but if nerfs land to those decks it could make Warlock too strong perhaps.

Jaraxxus is why control lock beats all other control decks. Tick is a combo breaker.
I'd make First Day of School into a (1) mana 'Summon a random 1-Cost minion. Add another one to your hand'. That way, it keeps the value while not guaranteeing an insane turn 1.
They'd definitely hit Crabrider - I think they might make him a 1/3.
Also, I'd like to see Incanter's Flow go up a mana since it's one of thise swingy cards that can decide a game depending whether you have it in your mulligan or not.
I don't have a big problem with Tickatus, but since players really hate him, I'd make him remove from both decks when Corrupted instead of just your opponent's deck.
And finally, I'd absolutely love to see some buffs. For an archetype I'd like to see buffed, I think they could lower the condition of Destroy Deck Warlock's payoffs from 'less than 10 cards' to 'less than 15 cards' and buff Neeru Fireblade to have the '10 or less' or like '5 or less' instead of the empty deck condition.
RSW feels ridiculous with any cost reduction. I'd, personally, change it to "Restore 2 mana crystals if you draw at least one spell" - STD then can't get free mana from it. Draw two and innervate after hitting one flow just feels crazy. I am a standard Mozaki player, though, which impacts things. 5 mana wouldn't kill the card. 1 crystal per spell would hurt Mozaki a lot in STD - and that deck is not problematic whatsoever.
ETA - also, any 0 mana draw two (a la MTG's Gush) will be danegruos for balance.
As for Tickatus, as I say in every thread, he is not the issue. The issue is the 35 heals and 8 board clears that are in the deck. Cascading Disaster needs to have the second Corrupt dropped, Tamsin needs to be 2 health so that you can't double School Spirits, and Jaraxxus needs weaker minions from hero power and probably not a 3/8 weapon
Does anything really need to be nerfed. All of the classes are relatively balanced win rate wise and nothing stands out as OP

Lol, why are people such babies about Piercing Shot? The card is fine as is; it's powerful but I wouldn't call it OP or problematic.

Paladin's winrate is too high compared to other classes.
Piercing Shot should only be able to target enemy minions. That's the only change I'd make.

There doesn't need to be a lot of nerfs but they do need to tone down paladin a bit.
Crabrider: Change its stats to 1/3 or up its cost to 3
