I don't have a problem with new Jaraxxus, it is a change I wanted very long ago, my problem is why only warlock have a hero card? It is a type of card so powerful can win the game by itself.
It is not extremely unfair? Hero cards are cool but or many classes have, and the ones don't have need a very compeling compensation or no one should have.
Before Frozen Throne, only Warlock had a hero card.
Don't was a hero card, before was a demon who reduce your Max life to 15 and can be killed by a 0 cost card and turn completely unplayable because Zephyr can discover one, only now he is a really hero card.
If you don't count Lord Juraxxus - the fewest (none zero) number of Heroes we've had in a meta was 3 I think.
After Frozen Throne had rotated, we had Hagatha the Witch; Dr. Boom, Mad Genius; and Zul'jin. The Year of the Raven gave us a single Hero per expansion, though only Dr Boom was really played with major success. Hagatha was strong but Shaman as a class was pretty weak. Zul'Jin was insane in concept, but Spell Hunter was missing its best stuff after year of the Mammoth Rotated, so he was kind of stranded and really stuck as a win-more card.

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
I'd like more hero cards, but i'd prefer them to be less powerful than the autoinclude death knights. While most of them were really cool, they kinda just instantly won matchups, sorta like Jaraxxus does now

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Malfurion the Pestilent was the only perfectly balanced death knight. It only powered up the hero power a tiny bit and summoned 5 mana of minions that did a very specific thing. It could fit comfortably in every deck and would never break the game
Meanwhile, you had Jaina who gave every fucking minion in her deck lifesteal, summoned a 4 mana 4/6 minion with freeze and lifesteal, then you couldn't play 1 health minions anymore (4 health if you had a water elemental on the field!) or else they'd summon another water elemental with freeze and lifesteal. Or who can forget Gul'Dan. Summon a field full of demons that died this game and then swing 6 hp every turn.
Galakrond was applied to 5 classes with no compensation to the other 4 classes (demon hunter wasn't a thing before someone needlessly corrects me).
Actually that's not entirely true. The 5 E.V.I.L. classes got the Galakronds, but the other 4 classes got the HL synergy cards (Elise, Brann, Reno & Sir Finley)
There's no fair or unfair, it's just the game they've designed. Some classes have access to tools that others don't. Board clears, removal, healing etc. They've already said more hero cards are in the works so the topic is pretty moot. They've deliberately had Jaraxxus as the only current hero card, because they've designed their game that way at this moment in time. There will be others than come and classes will always have access to something that other classes don't. There were classes who didn't have hero cards before rotation and others that had them.
People need to stop using 'unfair' in place of 'I don't like'. Like the phrase 'over powered', it's just used so loosely that it gets thrown around at everything.
The Amazing Reno also was the only non-Galakrond Hero Card before last rotation.
Yes, but Galakrong was a hero card for 5 classes, if we still can play the card I will not complaining now, only one class having acess feels unfair.
Mage is right now the only class with access to hero power upgrades (Wildfire). Is it unfar too?
Not even close, you have to build the entire deck around the mechanic to be marginally effective, Jaraxxus and many other hero cards works as win conditions for only one single slot in the deck.

So your issue isn't that only one class has access to it then? That seems to have been your gripe, effectiveness and power level aside, why is it different? It's a mechanic and win condition that other classes don't have access to, regardless of its power level, is that not your point?
What if another class had a hero but it was weak and didn't see play?
People have been giving responses here and you just don't seem to want to accept them. At this stage I'd have to assume that you're just not going to be satisfied with any answer someone here can give you. What are you wanting exactly?

To make Jaraxxus work, you have to build your deck around him too. Problem is, you really can't at this point, because Warlock's toolset can't keep up with tempo, aggro and burn decks. Control Lock has now 50% win rate in bronze-gold (and keeps falling) and around 45% in higher ranks, which is dumpster level. We can talk about the "Jaraxxus issue" when Control Warlock becomes a real deck...
Before Knights of the Frozen Throne, the whole concept of a "Hero card" didn't exist yet. Jaraxxus was just a legendary with a cool effect. And most of the time it wasn't even that strong. It is stronger now, but far from unfair. Being a Hero card doesn't mean it WILL be broken.
And regarding other classes not having other hero cards, you must consider that Lord Jaraxxus is taking one Legendary slot from warlock that other classes have (broken or not) Legendary minions. In some cases they even have legendary spells or weapons, that the others don't. Balance doesn't come this way.
There doesn't seem to be a hard and fast rule (Or maybe convention is a better word) when it comes to how Blizzard like to implement Hero cards into the game / meta. It seems to be on a basic ad-hoc "what works as flavour for this one" style of thing.
Whether that's a good or a bad thing is perhaps another discussion, but that's the way it is right now.
I was also surprised at the fact that Glakrond seemed to benefit only the 5 classes that it did. There were legendaries for the other classes of course, but they did seem rather underwhelming. But that's years ago now of course :-)

please don't bully my son
I mean, they've made it fairly clear that without specific inspiration, they aren't going to bend over backwards to create hero cards for every class.
The witchwood block had Hagatha, Dr Boom, and Zul'jin.
Galakrond was applied to 5 classes with no compensation to the other 4 classes (demon hunter wasn't a thing before someone needlessly corrects me).
Every class having a hero card is the exception, not the rule.

I would love more too, they was fun, offered bit healing and when they would be balanced they could be fun!

Never want to go back to a hero card meta. Ever. Infinite-value-stone is not a game I ever want to go back to.
Well, Jaraxxus works for infinite value, that is my point, if other classes can't why warlock should it?
