I would like to know what folks are seeing out there?
Are watchposts still playable?
Is Lunacy still good?
Has any new class/deck risen?
Is aggro alive?
Can anything stand up to paladin?
Lunacy keeps as opressive as ever against anything that is not aggro. Ironically Face Hunter has increase their winrate on ladder a lot (maybe not on legend ranks because legend players have different play patterns than the regular ladder players). Data < has you can see here even when the data is not totally correct but other pages suggest similar stats, Mage is overall good against anything that don hit the face really hard and really fast. But paladin keeps on check those aggro decks. So yeah the ladder in my opinion stays the same but now we have face hunter doing some stuff against mage. Mage controls midrange, tempo and control, Paladin controls aggro. What a nice 2 decks meta we have.
I've been seeing a couple armor warriors and shamans, but I'm mostly still playing against the same mage and paladin decks. I still think paladin is the best deck in the game, and the 2 mana watchpost is still nuts. The biggest thing that changed this patch is that I can't think of a great way to play rogue now.
Good, annoying Rogue was shining long enough. Hope this class will Vanish (pun intended) for a few years together with overpowered 0 and 1 mana spells and cycling through all deck before turn 7.
Top Legend has a lot of Demon Hunters now, both OTK as well as the Illidari Midrange archetype. Give ladder a few days and Mages will realize they need to shift tactics to prevent constant bashing in Jaina's face. Overall, the nerfs seem to have hit hardest with Paladin, lacking a proper win-condition against Control.
I could see a possible second nerf to a card in Mage's suite, like RSW, but it seems the meta became at least a little bit more open.

I've done pretty well against Paladin with a frenzy/rush/controlly sort of warrior deck. Being able to pressure the board consistently, keep removing their minions and have enough tools to not be bothered by the secrets, it seems pretty decent really. Terrible match against Warlock though, I now just concede, I think I've lost 8 in 8. It's not aggressive enough to burn them down, they have enough clears to get rid of my threats and Taelan is meaning I'm seeing Y'Shaarj drop on 10 pretty consistently.
What I've also been playing though is Leeorox hunter and that has a much better time against Warlock. It's better equipped to keep pushing damage and unless they get a couple of strongmen up, it's not that hard to hit for 20+ with 2 or more King Krush by turn 8 or 9.
Anyone who doesn't think that Deck of Lunacy is still a problem is in full-on denial.
This isn't how conversation works. You don't just assert things, throw in that anyone who disagrees with you is deluded and expect it to stick. I haven't actually played against a mage post nerf so I don't know but the least you could do is present some data, facts etc, something that actually backs up what you're saying.
Otherwise someone else can just say "anyone who thinks it's still a problem is a scrub in denial" and netiehr of you have made any attempt to show you're correct.

lol. boys removing 1 durability from Sword of the Fallen can't touch pally. play paladin with good lists you are far far ahead, control warrior only can handle paladin to some extent, thats it, no competition.
Tempo-OTK DH or midrange DH is a list to consider seriously

I play Paladin so I hope it holds up moving closer to legendary
Exactly the same.

Not yet, probably though, 1 or 2 new decks, meta is still fairly fresh.
Aggro can't die.
I don't know
It’s literally been a couple hours. Give it a few days and come back.

Both decks are enjoyable.

Lunacy should of been nerfed to 6 mana same as Deck of Chaos for late game bullshit rather than early/mid game. If that makes it unplayable so be it.
Yeah, lunacy at 4 mana changes nothing. If you are lucky you'll just die 1 turn later...
