No way of knowing for how long we've watched the stream ...
No notification of winning a pack ...
The packs can take up to 48 hours to be delivered ...
I honestly prefer Twitch to YouTube ...
Seriously, how do we know then if we have already met the requirements to receive the packs? Are we supposed to have faith that YouTube has counted our watching hours correctly? Should we pray that in a couple of days we get something by chance?
It is impossible to know if YouTube has correctly counted the hours we have been watching ... For example, me myself have also been watching the streaming for 6 hours, however, I don't know if YouTube has taken note of that time or not.
Also, perhaps it's possible for YouTube to know if we are really watching the streaming "in person" or not, so that if we have the streaming in a background window or in another tab YouTube may not be counting any watching time at all ...
Another danger is that if we are not watching the streaming on live, YouTube does not register any watching time, and this is something annoying on YouTube: if we suffer a problem with our Internet connection (even for just a microsecond), the stream pauses itself so that we do not miss anything, going automatically from playing it "on live" to "recorded/delayed" without we even realize, and therefore not computing any watching time from that moment on ...
It's all up to developers, youtube tracking working fine (background etc). For example, you can track time for call of duty youtube drops in app (call of duty app) just fine
Interesting that the OP is not worried about giving away a bucket full of personal data, YouTube history, ip addresses but the main worry is where are my two decks...
you will get them, you’ve already paid them with data even though you didn’t realise it
So not going to happen lol. I 'watched' about 18 hours over the 3 days (muted and playing on an open tab but covered by another window). Still nothing.
It does say 48H after the END of the applicible broadcast. A bit longer to wait.
The lack of transparency is clearly designed to keep people watching, though. Same as casinos without clocks etc..

We are not getting them, #YoutubeScamaz
The last of the eligible streams finished yesterday, so still another day or so before the packs will start to appear.

There are no packs, it was just a late April Fools joke. Kinda funny too, when you think about it.
Well played Blizzard.
