The fact that some shamans still have the spell power totem is EXTREMELY frustrating.....how the hell is Blizzards spaghetti code that fuckin bad that it lets you face a shaman with this hero power, it makes 0 sense.
Well I'm also tired of hearing hey loser all the time (even when I win against them it's just such bad energy). And yes, there are many decks there but still the best ones are upgraded old ones. New cards helped old strategies and no viable new archetype emerged. All you have is old spellmage, old heylooser rogue, old heyloser paladin, old guardian druid and old tickatus warlock with new tools.
Agree, this expansion and rotation made old oppressive cards even more oppressive. Infinite Pen flinger turns.... And what about Jandice??? That card has literally no low roll now that so many bad minions has been removed. For Just 5 mana that card is insane.
Rogue has become even more cancerous, drawing half of their deck with 1 card and 10000 pen flingers...
Ow , and by the way, all deckbuilding starts now by putting 4 watch posts in your deck. Those cards are just too good, cause no one has 4 damage removal on turn 2...
I agree, I'm so tired of pen flinger, it's such an irritating card. Hating the new paladin direction too, back to secret paladin, except their secrets don't suck anymore.
I don't mind telling you, you guys are fucking nuts.
I have 23/27 deck slots filled right now, at least two decks for all classes, and approximately 17 or 18 of them are not at all analogous to previous meta decks, depending on how generous you want to be with minionless mage.
I will admit, a few of them have to throw in the watch posts because they are too good to avoid if you want to play up to the level of the higher tier decks, but so what? Every class except hunter clearly has viable options, and the hunter issue is far from settled (I just personally haven't found anything yet).
Don't get me wrong, I have been thoroughly educated on the fact that most people have no state of satisfaction and would truly bitch about anything, but to unironically title this "most frustrating" anything . . . maybe it's a well-hidden April Fools joke, in which case, good for you, but I think we all know it's not.
EDIT: For the record, I meant 23/27 standard decks. Gotta keep a few classic standards built for fun.
Hunter seems to be centered around watchtowers early (1-cost weapon with them is insane, as you can clean the board) and big beast late. Hunter was yesterday at 42% winrate on HSreplay, now it is 46%.
He received small beast support which finally enabled Leorrox/KK/Rhino package. I am courious if developers actually thought about this. It looks they were focused on small/medium size beasts and instead there is coming back archetype that failed year ago, was thrown in trash for a year and now was enabled by cards for this aggro/tempo hunter.
OTK Hunter is really strong imo. It’s just not what people traditionally associate with Hunter so not many people have tried it. I think it’ll be at least tier 3 when the meta settles but probably tier 2.

He won't tell, cause you may netdeck 'em 😁
I like this expansion. Many good decks from all classes. no complaints. I see loads of mages, paladins and Warlocks though.
