In the "Introducing the Core Set" article there is an information about disenchanting cards (second point). I'm aware that it's a lot of dust and we've got core set but is that the explanation? Mind Blast and Vanish were dienchantable so why Core Hound is not? What am i missing?
Current Basic/Classic Set + Hall of Fame -> Legacy Set
You can still keep Basic/Classic cards in your collection and play them in Wild/Duels, etc.
You can disenchant these cards if you want.
Their dust value won't be affected by the rotation.
Basic cards are NEVER craftable or disenchantable. Mind Blast and Vanish are classic cards.
But they used to be basic cards, then they've been HOFed and then they were disenchantable, but my point is there is an information cards will be disenchantable and they are not.
There is a difference between basic and classic. The basic set is the set you got for free for leveling up. The classic set came from classic packs. Every card that you ever got from a classic pack is disenchantable.
Basic cards that you got for free, like Core Hound are NEVER craftable or disenchantable.
There is no such things as "they used to be basic card". Basic is basic, classic is classic. Basic cards are easily recognizable because they have no rarity. (the white, blue, purple or orange bubble in the middle)
so much misinformation being spread. Vanish and Mind Blast WERE basic cards, but got moved to HOF and became commons. Now the Legacy set stays the same so basic cards are still basic cards --> not disenchantable

No, you're wrong. Those two used to be basic cards you got for free simply by levelling up. They changed their rarity to common when they rotated them out to Hall of Fame.
Do you fucking read what people are saying or just what you want to see? They were damn BASIC cards, but got a dust value AFTER going to the hall of fame

Because there's no way they'd let you get that much free dust for disenchanting golden basic cards you got for free.

you can see the history of the card yourself.
