... and that shows how the average power level of cards have increased a lot in hearthstone. Those cards were problematic at the time they were released, but now many of them are not playable even @ standard.
But the main point here is wild, and OFC for every rule there is an exception... The Caverns Below is nuts, but besides that, no card made an impact at the game.
Undertaker is too weak for todays game, we have more crazy turn 1/2 play and we can deal with it easily (so it won't snowball).
A lot of cards helps a little bit some decks that are far from tier1 (Shudderwock or Galakrond shaman for example, dragonqueen alextraza is already on some tier2/3 reno decks, call to arms is a good card but odd paladin is still better than even paladin or other agressive paladin, hunter and druid unnerfed cards wont make those classes better on wild etc).
I think Arcane golem might be used on some decks, but I didn't see any really strong deck using it atm.
What do u guys think? I liked the unnerfs, bc it is fun to play fun tier3+ decks and those cards helps a little bit them, but def they didn't have an impact on the meta (besides caverns below) and many of them are weak cards even unnerfed.
I mean, the reason they got unnerfed because Blizz knows they won't be as strong as they were when they got nerfed. I don't anybody expected much from these unnerfs, at least I didn't.
I'm just happy to play bird in odd decks and the buff to even paladin, but yeah, the main issue is not that the unnerfed cards are bad per se, but the top decks are just crazy powerful with little counters and excessive synergy.
Forgot to answer the 'question', I think that the winners are definitely Call to Arms and The Caverns Below, some of the rest are doing fine but we'll have to wait a little more to see, the meta should receive some sort of shakeup with the new expansion.

I love you Dreadsteed, I will never disenchant you!
I mean some of them are weak, most of them are totally playable.
And The Caverns Below power level is NOT something you want for every card, if that's what it means to have an impact on the game then I sure hope no other card will ever have an impact on the game. This abomination is getting nerfed again in less than 2 weeks by the way.
I entirely agree with you. If so, that will be the 3rd (4th?) nerf for that thing. How many times do you have to nerf one thing before you realize it's OP? Hope it's not as bad as it was back in the day : /

Considering that they didn't nerf Raza and instead chose to wait until the deck got weaker in the meta, I'd say that it's unlikely that they'll learn.

It's a lot worse actually because Rogues can play 4 minions with the same name a lot more easily than they used to, and can cycle through their entire deck even faster than they used to.
And before you generally had to use shadowstep to finish the quest quickly right ? Now they use shadowstep after the quest to generate more value.
I genuinely don't know how to win against quest rogue, I literally have 0% win rate against that deck since the unnerf. Good thing is since the unnerf, I don't hate Secret Mage anymore, I actually think it's a pretty weak deck, fun to play against and quite interactive, all things considered.

Quest rogue is a completely different beast though, you don't consistently win on turn 5 with raza priest. You don't at all win on turn 5 actually.
And by turn 5 I mean the turn where they finish the quest and you lose all hope, but you actually lost way before turn 5, you lost on turn 2 when they played the parrot tutor.
The quest rogué it's pretty weak against hyper aggro decís, like Token druid or odd DH. I win most of the Match against quest rogue with My secret Pala.
The deck is pretty unfun too play against? Yes. It's invincible? No.

Quest mage wasn't invincible either, it was still nerfed and thank fuck for that. Hopefully they bury quest rogue into nothingness once more, the idea of having decks that are auto-losses for any deck that isn't hyper aggro is beyond retarded. And this isn't a "omg tickatus burned 5 cards" kind of auto-loss, this is a legit auto-loss, just like 6-spell quest mage. Thank goodness for classic, I certainly won't be touching wild ladder for a while since I don't enjoy playing aggro rubbish.
And what you expected for cards that exist in a meta where turn 1 and 2 removal was really specifit for some classes and cards like Shadow Bold for coin were not played for being consider too weak on the spot for any deck. Yeah Undertaker was really oppresive back in the day but he was not the only oppresive card on 1 or 2 mana that we get on the game. The problem of snowbally early drops or just too big early drops was solved atleast 5 expansions ago. Like a lot of similar problems that regards other nerfed cards.
