Well, I just realized that I now have an extra situation when I concede - it's when my teacher calls me out for exercise during online class.
On the other hand I play much more HS now, because when I was learning at school I was playing only during breaks, and maybe at the begining of lesson, when I had match already on.
I think the only time I really ever concede (in general) is when the opponent has lethal on the board and is mind-numbingly slowly attacking with each minion one at a time... with a pause between each... delaying the finish. It's almost like they are trying to fish out the concede.. which I'm happy to give them, because it saves me the time waiting and doesn't give them the satisfaction of the killing blow. Small victories are good to take when you can get them. :-)
I don’t like to concede unless I’m certain I can’t win. If my opponent has been playing poorly I won’t even concede if they have lethal on board in case they miss it.
I only play standard, but I’d never concede against a Priest. I actually think they’re more enjoyable to play against than all this aggro/high roll crap that’s currently dominating the meta.
I enjoy playing slower decks, so it does depend on the rank but if I'm not climbing well at the time I'll concede to any warlock. Wins are possible but games are much too long to lose a guaranteed 10 cards at the end with so much removal coming back. I try to save my nerves for closer games where rng (though frustrating) can go both ways.
1) when I make an insufferably stupid play (e.g. play my singleton synergy card only to be reminded that I have 7 weasels in my deck
2)on the second tumortus played (or if they Brann it), the first one is usually handlable (provided they don't highroll and remove my transform effects or big wincons like n'zoth) thanks to the average IQ of those that play him since they throw away free fatigue wins by tapping 37 times
4)the frame I see mill rogue
3) Just before some guy is about to OTKcombo me, I let him THINK that I'm gonna let him play his stupid cutscene and then....fk you, no satisfaction for the guy that plays "flip a coin, heads: you find and aggro deck and you lose, tails: you find a control deck and you win" the archetype
I think they refer to wild which is a lot better than standard priest
When I'm too lazy to play long games
When its priest mirror
Best card in HS? Mastercard.

When it's time
i never concede. Do not underestimate stupidness of your opponent or his misscalculating lethal.
