Currently I have 2,560 gold, the free gold from the track I used awhile back in late December as I really needed packs to make even one deck that isn't mage or priest, and since I rushed him to 1,000 wins before the release of MotDF since I saw Tickatus being a problem for me in that regard, and was close to 500 wins on mage, DoL dropping and both priest legendaries for level 1/25 were quite useless in terms of building a deck. And the packs dropped a legendary for a deck I have no support cards for, nor the dust to even make a proper deck(thanks to shaman needing so many epics and other legendaries....). 

Now my math(which really isn't that great to begin with so bare with me here) says from now to May 10th, I should get 7,500 gold, so that's 10k gold if I don't buy the set. Now obviously that's the worst case scenario with just getting 1080/exp quests every day and awful re-rolls and I fully expect it to be only 5,000 gold since that math just doesn't seem right. So I'm just wondering if its worth it to buy it or wait for release.

Yes, more dust than average packs. Opening any amount of packs over 60 packs out of a single expansion  has really poor return values, 60 gets you all the rares. Every 20 packs opened after that = 3-4 RANDOM epics, 1 random legendary, and  1200 pure fine dust. In comparison dusting every card from this offer grants you over 2300-2400 dust.

I can not answer your question, but I boght the mijiset for money and I am saving gold for this years first expansion.

Buy it. Dust value is insane and cards are strong and will see play.

If enough people buy the bundle, Blizzard will look at the stats and make more bundles like this. I think for that alone it is worth to buy it.

2000 gold for 4 Legendaries is already better value than you'll ever get from packs. Then you get all the other cards on top of that.

Even if you think every single card is trash and disenchant them all the dust you'll get back is significantly above the average from 20 packs so it's even efficient that way.

If you have the gold on hand and you play standard/wild at all it's hard to think of a reason not to get this offer, it's the most valuable use of gold there is buying from the shop.

Definitely should get it even if you only want dust.

If the reward track isn't changed a lot next expansion, you'll get quiet a lot of gold and packs early on, so you don't need to be as cheap with your gold now. It's also gonna be in a while anyway, so I think you can spoil yourself a little now ;)

I would say buy it. Almost every class got playable cards, some of which were very strong.
