the game is not working keeps crashing me and after serval months of this I am simply just done, I paid for a product that I am not provided so I want my money back but I am not even able to make a ticket or talk to any support about the matter in any way...
You didn't buy a product, just a licence to open some digital packs, use the contents, and change a few in-game cosmetics in a free-to-play mobile game. All at Blizzard's discretion. The model sucks, especially in cases where the money is pocketed by shareholders rather than plowed back into the game, but it is what it is.
You consider Blizzard to be “Overlords”? That’s probably the beginning of your problem right there.
In regards to your refund idea, I assume you’re requesting it within the statutory 30 day period for the base game? Card packs are not singular entities and are instead upgrades to an existing product. Even if you were within the cool off period, software comes under a completely different subset of consumer law and can be sold with standard non-refundable clauses attached where there are risks of system gaming or gambling, etc. This is why you can’t rip open a pack of cards then demand a refund when you didn’t get the rare cards you wanted. basic stuff really

wow blizzard has fallen far
The product is working, as can be confirmed by the millions of players using the working product. If it's not working on your hardware, the problem is with your hardware, not on Blizzard's product.
If you bought a car, then tried to return it because it won't run without gas, and you refuse to put gas in the tank, whose fault is that? Certainly not the car manufacturer's.

You said "the game is not working." This means that the only thing required to refute your argument is a single case of the game working. The game is working for me, therefore the game is not not-working. (I used my thinking to figure this out, and then I typed it.)
