It is obvious activision doesn't care about this game anymore because they have stopped listening to player complaints.
Personally, I've never used a bot in any games ever, but seems necessary for this game, because to get the same amount of gold as the old system you have to play at least two hours more per day.
Couple players on my friend list plays battleground 24/7, not sure how they are doing that. Perhaps I should look into getting a bot as well? Anyone got any reliable bots that don't get banned?
I think it's really unhealthy how much value the vocal minority in this community place on this game and the in game currnecy. Like it seems to have really thrown people's lives off course.
My recommendation is just move on to something you can enjoy in a healthy, balanced way because you clearly can't with this game.
If you truly don't want Blizzard to make money from you, stop playing the game and stop paying for it. If you don't want to lose your account, don't bot/automate the game. You will get banned for it. If you don't care about the game, don't play it any more. If you do care about the game, you need to care about the company that makes it and that they need to stay afloat.
Bottom line is : There is literally no reason for them to give ANY rewards to people who play this game. Gold rewards and quests etc weren't even in the original game, they were added later. But people are selfish and greedy and entitled, and now demand more things even when they are given stuff for free.

Blizzard is generous but players are greedy. Best joke ever.

I really find it hilarious how upset you reward track people get when you're called entitled, and yet when a system that as far as I can tell mathematically gives slightly more value than the previous one just isn't to your taste (all, without exception, of the maths posts I've seen back this up - everyone but 100g a day aggro farmers gets more stuff. If you've seen math indicating the contrary I would love to see it - I'm not trying to imply it's wrong, I would legitimately love to see it because I'm curious and would like to see the truth). And yet the reaction from the community to this system has been several weeks of endless, constant crying and threatening to leave the game and now you're suggesting that the way to get back at big mean blizzard for delaying your free rewards is to ruin the game for everyone by botting. No one likes bots, and people who bot are just sabotaging the experience of other players for their own gratification. It's nothing other than selfish.
I really wish all of the people who've threatened to leave the game over these weeks would just do it. Like, it's a thing you can do. I played Overwatch since launch, loved it to pieces, but the meta got completely unfun and I just uninstalled and never looked back. I don't come back to Overwatch forums to complain about how bad the game is or passive-aggressively push a competitor, I didn't spend weeks throwing hissyfits about how bad Blizzard was. Hearthstone being something you like isn't a right, nor it is something you can't live without.
Please, I just want to be able to go on HearthPwn and read discussion of the actual game and not the same post about how the Battle Pass is bad repeated fifteen times. Please.
The current system is... sub-par, to say the least. That said...
The solution is to make peace with it and continue to play and enjoy the game, or to quit the game if it is not something that you can make peace with.

blizzard created this game, and updates it, there are people working there to create more content and try to keep the game playable for all of us.. do you think they are all volunteers and do this work for free? they need to feed themselves and their families, pay their rents etc. the fact that they are giving free stuff is because the F2P players are a necesary evil and they need to be here for the health of the game. But blizzard isnt forced to give free players anything, they want to earn money...

Just set up an auto clicker on the play button in Battlegrounds. You don't even need bots. You can leave that overnight or while doing other stuff and you can just farm XP.

So tell me mr devoid of creativity (based on how you replied me), if it's not " Blizzard is generous but players are greedy" then what is the main idea of this sentence.

Yes then u get banned and come crying back to the forums saying “blizzard un ban me I did nothing wrong “ while in high sight u used a auto click to farm exp..

This nails it. Listen to this guy or girl. You're ruining the overall experience for other players. If Blizzard's decisions have ruined the game for you then I'm sorry but don't slate them for it and then do exactly that for other people. It makes you a massive hypocrite or at best, just really selfish.
I personally really like the track and the more I've progressed through it, the more confident I've become that ill be far more gold rich once the next expansion comes around. And I have a bunch of skins I really like. I think the system could be tweaked and improved but I'm sure they will do that. This is literally their first throw of the dice.
GS Auto Clicker lets you set up multiple click locations and lets you set the interval between clicks.
I doubt Blizzard has the tech (or interest) to pin down autoclickers in same manner as actual bots. Autoclicker simply clicks at certain location(s) between certain intervals, whereas actual bots tampers the game files & sniffs packets sent and received from/to servers, analyzes the data and acts according to its scripts. That kind of activity looks far more suspicious than a mere autoclicker (as it doesn't technically "play the game for you" in same manner as HearthRanger bot).
Bottom line is : There is literally no reason for them to give ANY rewards to people who play this game. Gold rewards and quests etc weren't even in the original game, they were added later. But people are selfish and greedy and entitled, and now demand more things even when they are given stuff for free.
No reason whatsoever.
Except for making the game more accessible to attract more players, making the game more fun and exciting... virtually anything regarding player interests.
Starting with this very topic (or the thought behind it), because it is a problem to every player, if a significant portion of the playerbase takes the reward system as an incentive to use bots or otherwise "play the system" (or stops playing altogether), resulting in artificially stretched out matches or several games where the opponent does not show any interest to play normally. Leaving all talk about monetization aside, it can't really be in the interest of players to have a system that people would rather abuse than interect with as intended. Not to mention, in the interest of the developers. Or at least I imagine that (most) game developers have other professional goals than write programs that people don't want to interact with.
I find it generally concerning (and criticized it many times) that a lot of people on this board do not want to take ANY middle ground between corporate/financial interests and player/customer interests, or even see these things as something else but naturally conflicting where only one can prevail. I don't know, maybe it is part of the English language, or the people who primarily promote it. As if it makes you hardwired to have discussions only in extreme polarities, like the grammar would not allow to mitigate between two entities.
Actually, I'm not even sure if I'm joking. I occasionally find myself struggling when I need to think outside of a binary order and it happens more often in English context. At least it makes me wonder, where this force of "truth" comes from, that everything can either be true or false, A or B, 1 or 0, red or blue, strength or magic, you get the idea. But I digress.
I have also argued before, that you could, for a change, differentiate between game design and financial interest as two legitimate goals. From a financial perspective, it makes sense to improve monetization against player interests, and from a design perspective, it makes sense to improve the game for better entertainment. Not going into whether a more entertaining game would also make it more profitable, but I would assume most players have an interest in a better game. If monetization is part of the game, why do some people feel like they need to stress the financial interest of the publishing company as the killer argument? I mean, is a happy playerbase really that detrimental to a live service game that we need to consider the net profit of ActiBlizz before anything else?
But no... intead, I see the the good old "entitled" and "greedy" labels again... I don't really know why I even write these things anymore, as I am shouting against a brick wall. Ok, I know I am doing it for distraction because otherwise I would spend more time shouting at myself (very similar in principle, but with different outcomes). But just when I see these words, I know that this is never going anywhere, and I will never understand it.
I guess a possible reason is that you have your beliefs and are equally sick of these debates as I am, and thus resort to such terms out of frustration (let me have my illusion). But then again, I can't help but find it strange, why you would find it actually necessary to defend ActivisionBlizzard's financial interests over player concerns. I mean, this topic started with "system too grindy" and here we are AGAIN at "money company blabla"? Even if you are a stockholder (and I know at least one person on Hearthpwn is), does that prevent you from having interests as a player? Of course, that also depends on whether you find your personal enjoyment of the game lacking or not. But since you are not just playing alone, should you not have at least a small interest in the people you are playing with...?
Guess I'm not "English" enough yet. Though I'm not sure if I will ever be. Yes, it's not fair of me to debase the language, but that's what bad marketing does.
Sidenote: It would actually be interesting to track some arguments here to political beliefs. The accusation of greed borrows from virtues, usually employed in concepts of fairness, and the "more than you deserve" needs to come with a clear concept of what is "just", which... anyway, at this point, I am fully convinced that it is (or rather has become) actually, factually impossible, to discuss anything remotely political, even on a theoretical level, on the internet (in any language, probably). I just wanted to point out that this whole "greedy blizzard vs greedy f2p entitled children" could be a fascinating journey into the wonderful world of non-monetary values, but I'd rather have dinner than another reason to question my decisions in life. Besides, this posting is long enough already.
EDIT; I JUST noticed, that the posting I quoted could be read as: The game doesn't need to have ANY rewards, which could have meant that the entire reward-based structure of the game is unnecessary. The alternative model would be, that the game hands out all cards to everyone and just leaves it as a "go crazy" kind of game that would probably work better with a resale price or subscription model than microtransactions.
That IS an interesting idea, but I somehow doubt that is what you (Scorpyon) meant.
There is an outbreak of bots in ranked atm....I honestly don’t see them doing anything about it as usual!unless there is money involved for them!!greedy mofos

Yeah, playing with a bot is asking for trouble. And, I think, asking for advice on what bot to use is prohibited here on Hearthpwn.
