I crafted all the cards I wanted on day one, because I usually get tons of dust as soon as the nerfs come in. But what is happening now? No super powerful deck is running around! No nerfs in sight...
I trusted Blizzard that they screw up the balance :( How do I get dust now?

Give the community some time.
They are currently preoccupied with whining about the (perfectly fine) progression system. Once they get past that and start whining about whatever deck beat them on bronze10 you'll get the nerfs you're waiting for.

Don't you see? That's all part of Blizzard's secret master plan. For several expansions, it deliberately introduces balance problems and quickly nerfs the offending cards. That way, the company gets you to start expecting this to happen. Now, they know that people like you are expecting this, so they WON'T nerf anything, just so you can waste all that dust and have to start buying packs.
(And yes, I'm joking. But I'm quite certain some of the crackpots on this forum would agree with the above.)

I don’t think you joke is far from the truth. They do this in all their games, from WoW to hearthstone. They make people want the best deck / item etc, then they nerf it and another one becomes desirable. This results in more $$

Lots of nerfs? "It's a evil plot by Bli$$ard to make money!!!"
No nerfs? "It's a even MORE evil plot by Bli$$ard to make money!!!"
I swear most of these people don't even play the game, they're just addicted to being outraged.
Well, honestly that wouldn't be so farfetched.
You've probably seen all the "boycott HS" and "I'm quitting HS" posts/threads recently. Then people apparently who have been not playing for years now coming back to the forum just to post about it... hm...
Maybe they are just coming here to complain and not actually playing.
I think that they are being more cautious with nerfs/buffs because of the mid expansion additions that should be coming in a few weeks. I don’t exactly remember how many cards they are adding but i think it’s around 40.

Seen this very same accusation in other, non Blizzard games.
Either game developers are part of some secret society where they all share tips on how to rig matchmaking, nerf things to make people buy packs etc or people are generally pretty ignorant, they surround themselves with people who share their views and get caught up in this conspiracy echo chamber which causes them to be convinced its all a plot to exploit them for money.
People just don't understand things and rather than speak to people who do understand or do actual research, they get caught up in 'feelings'. I 'feel' it's rigged, I don't have evidence but a 'feeling'.
If there's one thing you can be sure of about the human race it's that their 'feelings' are wayyyy off the mark more often than not.
Yes, I enjoy pointing out that the company which (these people think) is so diabolically evil and skilled at psychologically manipulating people into buying things is the same company that failed to anticipate the massive PR blunder that the new reward track became.
Some people just need to believe that the whole world is against them. It makes them feel special/ powerful to imagine that they see what no one else can. They're "in the know" while everyone else are "sheep."
Year after year, blizzard makes nerfs after big tournaments. Somehow some people are still surprised that there are no nerfs before the world championships...
I will be very... VERY surprised if we won't get some nerfs during the next week.

Eyyy we found something going the right direction with this game :)
Just a 'lil tavernpass humor for ya

I can easily see cards from Demon Hunter, Pure Paladin or Boggspine Knuckles being nerfed, possibly just to shake things up a bit.
You are right, I don't think there will be any panic-nerfs this time.

See? We're already getting there!

Well way to prove their point I guess.
