PSA - the new yogg is bugged. I just play a game where he showed "Ready" at the bottom (where he counts down the spells) but didn't have the yellow glow. I played him and nothing happened, so either the spell counter on the card is wrong, or there's something else wrong.
Was that bug against a Mage ? maybe some spell got countered by Counterspell ? or maybe... against a Oh My Yogg! secret VS a Paladin?
If yes, maybe this could be it, some bug on the count of the "x " number of spells that were really cast. Well, at least it did not have the yellow glow. that is a true advice that the condition to do the effect was really not ok or ready yet.
Same - I've face 2 opponents tonight that played a Yogg and both times the wheel kept spinning but never stopped on anything. I quit the game, logged back in and it restarted as if nothing ever happened. I guess I lost those games but not certain.

As for the other comments regarding the freeze on the spinning wheel - that's happened to me a number of times as well when my opponent plays it. Sometimes if I restart it reconnects - other times it just boots back up like I wasn't previously playing.
I can confirm this in the most heartbreaking of stories. I was 8-2 in heroic duels and had the other player down to ten health with only a "fully charged" saron sitting there telling me its ready, I drop it waiting for chaos to ensue and nothing....I know for a fact it said ready I had play the previous two turns specifically due to the count on that card!....
Players are now using yogg's bug to have a safe exit from the game when it's clearly lost. This is just absurd considering an expansion costs as much as a full game...

Some people had a problem after theHand of Fate effect happened to the opponent. Then, the opponent would be disconnected from the game and the yogg well freezes on the screen (not for you, but for opponent).
But do you know the blizzard way of fixing things... yeah, they removed the rotating whell effect... but just on 2 outcomes, as far as i noticed: Hand of Fate and Rod of Roasting, the effect happens immediately.
And Yogg do not say anything anymore, after those 2 effects are picked, like before... The thing i liked the most, was the thrill of the roasting effect happening on the whell, after it stops... And then, yogg would laugh like crazy, it was a really funny effect :(.
I can only hope they will fix this on some patch... because this was more likely a server-side fix.

He not bugged the only thing that happens sometimes is I get disconnected and the wheel freezes my screen

Happed to me twice today. My take is, if the card doesn't have the yellow glowing border, don't play it

This fucking card is still fucking bugged, it says "Ready" 100% sure couple of minutes ago, and it doesnt work WTF Blizzard
Did you not read the rest of the thread? If a spell is Countered then it says Ready but isnt counted towards the actual count.
They cannot solve this with a hotfix, it won't be fixed until they put out an actual patch.
