According to the meta stats and in order to promote new decks/archetypes, Blizzard should consider to nerf the following popular decks/cards to create a healthier meta:
- DH: I suggest to nerf Soul fragments (weapon to 5, Lapidary to 6 mana), its too popular and OP archetype.
- Hunter: must reduce aggression, Phase stalker to 3 mana, Adorable Infestation -> 2 mana (maybe increase the buff to 2/1), Also Voracious reader -> 3 mana. Kill Command -> HOF
- Paladin: the Libram package (Aldor back into 2 mana), and other candidates: first day of school to 1 mana or Hand of Adal to 3 mana)
Nah, none of these cards are OP or overly bothersome. Been 12/12 clowns and ridiculously buffed totems all day for me. Still, not the biggest aggro Hunter fan...
Other stuff aside, I feel as if soul demon hunter is the only one that needs to be tuned down a bit, and only because it is mostly completely uninteractive.
It requires 0 minions to regularly swing for 8+ a turn, combined with insane card draw, healing, and control.

Normally I am not a fan of people calling for nerfs so early, but I have to agree with op here. These three archetypes have barely changed, are very strong and hold back new decks/archtypes and therefore make this meta feel rather stale already. Maybe the meta will adjust in time and counter these decks at some point, but I would prefer not having to face a soul dh, face hunter or libram paladin every second match.
I dunno if these are the right nerfs, but I definitely think Soul Demon Hunter at this point is pretty uninteractive. Wasn't as bad last expansion, but there weren't so many control decks to run and I'd like to see the meta slowed down.
Usually Blizzard tries to not buff popular archetypes with a new expansion, but I feel like Soul Demon Hunter and Paladin decks (and most of the Paladin decks are pretty incestuous, pure paladin/libram paladin/pen paladin run A LOT of the same cards) all got significant buffs.
I dunno if they should hit paladin too hard, because it has some pretty strong weaknesses,
What I think they should hit:
Twin Slice. Good in almost every Demon Hunter deck and extremely over tuned. It's also how Demon Hunter is able to get so much reach. I think the nerf here is simple. Second Slice should only give one attack. Then a 2 mana gain 4 becomes a 2 mana gain 3. Small nerf, but I think significant.
Blade Dance. Make it 3 mana. Or potentially higher. It's a good card, but the ability to sequence it with cards like Twin Slice is too good. Slower Demon Hunter decks also have lots of good removal tools.
Libram - I think Libram of Wisdom should be reworked. Be a +2/+2 for 4 or something. I like Aldor at 1 mana, but I think it combos too well with Libram of Wisdom. Libram of Hope could probably take a hit too. Maybe be a 5/8 instead of an 8/8. It's a very aggressive card as is.
Face Hunter I think has pretty clear counters. Any amount of healing just shuts it down. I really feel like Freezing Trap needs reworked or HOFed. But I've felt that for a really long time. I think partly Face Hunter is popular right now because it's early in the meta and deck lists aren't refined with Swamp Oozes and tech healing and such yet.

Moving to first day kills card, moving hand to 3 makes sense, aldor maybe back to 2/3 to compensate for it being a complete tempo loss

Soul Shard nerf and Phase Stalker are my number 1 suggestions as well. DH is currently too powerful anf Im so goddamn bored of Phase Stalker combined with Hunter Secrets.
I'm surprised no one has talked about nerfing the clown card, especially in druid. How do you beat endless full boards of 8/8 taunts? Unless you're playing mindless aggro
Face hunter is overplayed because the deck is cheap and the game is too expensive. Some of these Demon Hunter cards like Twin Slice are going to rotate out in 4 months.

Paladins decks are incestuous? I don't think you know what you are saying.

So you basically want to nerf every good archetype to the ground and make them unplayable while not doing anything to all the other decks that are pretty decent and would totally run the meta if the top dogs where nerfed? Then what? We nerf those decks as well?

without nerf changes there is no room for new archetypes and diverse meta.
-Soul DH is over played, its OP.
- Aggro hunter is over played and too aggresive.
- Pure/Libram Paladin is also too popular and requires tune down.
Nah. How about we get rid of tickatus instead. And then deal with the clowns
You need meta diversity, not to target specific disturbing card,
those archetypes i mentioned represent major portion of the entire meta.
These nerfs won't happen, you don't just nerf things you don't like.
Strong or good does not = unfair. Or overpowered. If you don't like them then sorry, but I'm sure you like a deck or cards that others don't.
I actually do like the cards and play soul DH and pure Paladin,
but I also like diverse meta and healthier game.

Here we go again... let's let the expansion play out a couple weeks eh? Is that really too unreasonable? You'll all be fine.
Incestuous, combining elements of the same thing.
It's the same damn decks as last expansion. Soul Fragment demon hunter and libram paladin aren't new problem decks.
And sorry for the double post, but the forum is bugging out on me so I can't really edit my existing one.

Funny though how people play the most boring aggro decks ( face hunter / demon hunter) just for the sake of winning more games.
I wonder how many would play face hunter if the average win rate wasn’t 59%. Simply, the deck ain’t fun!
