On the weekly quest, there is a quest for me for playing 50 corrupt cards. I have played Priest with Corrupt cards and I am getting no progress with the quest. What is going on? Does anybody else have this problem?
have you tried restarting your client? yesterday some of the progress tracking was (visually) bugged for me but after restart i was it had been properly counted.
another possibility: did you play the cards in their uncorrupted form?
and I was wondering WTF why is it not progressing if i play discard warlock all time. Now i know. Counting only un-crrupted cards.... I'm just speechless right now...
To be fair, it does make a weird sort of sense. The cards are "Corrupt" cards while they have the Corrupt keyword. After they transform, they no longer have that keyword, and instead they have the "Corrupted" keyword.
Yeah, was just about to post on this ... ended up making a deck with all the lower-cost corrupt cards and playing games in Casual. It took me a while to complete the quest though.
The amount of BM abuse I got though ... "wow" etc. when playing the cards in the "wrong" order. I mean ... back in the day if I played against someone who only threw out divine shield minions or basic taunts I knew what was up and just let them play out their cards. Never going face, just clearing their side of the board so they could continue playing their daily quest cards.
Isn't that what Casual is for ... completing quests you don't really like and playing meme decks?

I play the corrupt version of the card. Nothing.
Worked for me. Although I rolled out of that quest today, because there was no way I was ever going to reach it.
I think it only counts if you play the un-corrupted version. Silly ..I know..
What? That's stupid.
omg, if this is true... :'D Hearthstone you make me laugh sometimes lmao
I did a game with it. Yes, it's true. You have to play it regularly. (Eye roll)

Glad to see there is a thread about this, I thought I was losing my mind
Thats some cheese

* shrug *
That can't be intentional... I had the same issue so I just rerolled it.
50 corrupt card without activated, damn this is stupid on another level.
an Indie company beta test no worries.
Y'know, technically, the quest says to play "corrupt" cards, not "corrupted".
Activated ones don't have the "Corrupt:" keyword on them anymore.
Still stupid, though
I got it again... and rerolled it again. And got an arena quest (which I don't play).
Thats rough ShadowAld Arena is a slaughterfest wouldn't recommend it, unless you rather play it then Ladder etc.
Well I don't even have the gold right now to do a run, so I'm just gonna reroll it again. Not a huge deal, just frustrating.
