Its a 4 for me even though I am well-versed with what is to come with the set.
My issue is however, that nothing new was introduced that will really shake up the meta! Soul Dh will still be S tier with the addition of Bladed Lady (They made a concerted effort to lower the power level of most of the DH cards this set which is welcome.) The only classes that got tools to climb up in popularity were Warlock and Warrior. Warrior has always been the class which pops up around the middle of an expansion as the counter to the S tier decks on ladder. Warlock I am personally optimistic for as they finally have the control tools to go toe-to-toe with warrior and priest and can fit into the meta as a solid tier 2 deck.
Corrupt is not going to be a very good mechanic for most of the classes. Only the 3 control classes + Druid will use them.
Shaman is still meme except one good card in Inara Stormcrash which tbh reminds me of a condition-less Soulshard Lapidary more than anything else (One card is a common whislt the other is a legendary.....).
Control decks now just add Old Gods and are otherwise identical. Res Priest will be annoying to face but only serves to spike the play rates of Soul DH and aggro Rogue/Hunter even more.
I think the rotation in April will be the next time we see a significant change in the meta. Note: The DH initiate set will be rotating as well so cards like Twin Slice and Blade Dance will be leaving us. THAT will shake things up!!
Considering i've spent most of my gold from the battlepass so far on scholomancy packs so i can get the epics required to unlock the duel cards: 3, since i probably won't be able to buy many packs from the darkmoon faire
Solid 8 for me. Would be higher if I had actually pulled any of the Old God legendaries from my preorder.
Not sure why but it;s MORE fun to me to try and use a legendary that I got naturally then it is to craft one and use it. I have gone to idiotic lengths to try and make legendaries I pulled from packs work, while Legendaries I craft is more "eh" whether they were smart crafts or not.
I really wanted to pull an Old God and have it shape my game play the first day or 2. So, only an 8 so far. I still have like 40 packs of gold packs to unpack so I might still pull one and get my hype to a 10. :D

7-8 for me I think. It's looking really cool but damn they REALLY gave already Tier 1 classes even more ridiculous tools which I just don't get. We'll see how it pans out though.
I'm gonna say 9. I'd give a 10 for sure if not for one thing I'm worried about - that the expansion is gonna end up like Descent of Dragons, with all the aggro completely overshadowing the cool, flashy stuff.
5 for me. I was at like a 9 and then this battlepass stuff really soured me on the whole game and its future. Plus the duels needing more epics from skullomancy really sapped more of my enthusiasm. Seems like a whole bunch of steps in the wrong direction at once which sucks because I do really enjoy the game.
Easily a strong 9. Old gods are always exciting, Yogg shenanigans included.
I don’t care what’s viable, I’m going to push ramp corrupt Druid hard. This set has introduced an absolutely insane amount of Survival of the fittest support. TWO zero mana taunt (new one and the one we had,) zero mana rush, and 10 mana “fill your board with 9/9 taunt minions.”
And then just pepper in Yogg for a last ditch effort.
On a scale of 1 to 10
1 being "meh"
5 being " I don't even know what half the cards do"
10 being "omg it should have been released yesterday"
how honestly excited are you for the new expansion?
I'm about 3
10. If it were different I wouldn't play hearthstone anymore.

Maybe a 2.
If 1 is simple "meh" than -1.

The expansion is nice, the battlepass not so much.
5 going up to 8 if the meta is actually slow enough to play any of the old gods. DH looking way too strong though.
Probably a 7 or 8.. I really like what this one has to offer. Cheer up people

Im only here for yogg and cthun. The rest I couldn’t care less
1.
corruption new keyword sucks.
they will NEVER give more support for this lame new word ever.
BUT YES TO DISCOVER....BECAUSE DISCOVER IS RNG "FUN".
go face!

I want to like the expansion but I just don't see many cards that add anything original to the game. Creativity is just... missing.
this expansion is trash lol. Anyone who is claiming otherwise is a fan boy
I have never anticipated a release less. The amount of yogg type flip a coin type cards has me dreading what games will be like.

Control Warlock and Control Warrior are two of my favorite decks, and they got buffed, like Trump also mentioned in his Star Ratings Review.
If you are however a "Shaman since Classic", this is yet another painful one to skip.
