Before when i get 50 gold quest, i would swap it for bigger one, if i get 60 gold quest i would play for around two hours and get 40 gold for my pack and that was my daily routine. I would wait until midnight, play for two hours, get a pack, stay awake for hour or two more and go to sleep.
I am glad that right now we aren't forced to win and that game is based on time played and not number of wins. Which means that we can enjoy while playing all kinds of decks.
However i am currently around lvl 16 like most of the people that finished their quests and xp needed for next level is 2400. That is a lot, especially if you take into consideration that daily quest give us 800 xp. Which means that i need 3 times the amount of daily quest in order to get a single pack. That is at this rate unacceptable. To make thing worse you can't even see how much xp you earned in battle and you don't even know if you hit xp cap per hour or not (ofc you can go on track and check how much you earned, however will you go back after every game?).
In my opinion there shouldn't be any cap per day or per hour for grinding xp, there should be cap in total, which is 150 lvls worth of exp. If you spent for example 200 hours (random number) of gameplay during one expansion set, you deserve to have all 150 levels. Will you do all that like a maniac in first month or during whole cycle, that shouldn't be Blizzard's problem. After all, player won't earn anything more until next expansion come around.
Also, i don't care for their excuse for bots. If you can't solve problem with bots without hurting normal player experience, don't solve it at all, because you are retarded and they should exploit you even more.
I don't want to hear any excuse when it comes to "you have also weekly quest, where you can earn xp for levels". When game add weekly quest, they do it in order to enhance player experience by giving them bonus. They don't cut earned xp from daily quests and from that make weekly quests in order to show players "look, here is something new in the game, now play the game and if possible give us money".
I played this game since beta and i know a lot of shit that happened with it during these 6 years. That is why i am still patient and i will let them clean and sort their mess (the same apply with Duels). However even my patience have a limit.

Reading this , i said so many True's i cant even tell how many. When i first saw that we didnt need to win anymore because exp was given out of everygame i was hyped. Because as a free to play person that doesnt have all of his time dropped into hearthstone, i usually dont get good cards enough to make couple competitve decks. So i usually stick with one competitive deck and a bunch that i made for fun. But when i need to win to open packs, i was only using my competitive deck thus the game was getting hella boring. But with this change i was so happy, until i saw how much exp i got for each game. Its like waves trying to find a way into the rocks on shores. I will level up if i play about 70-80 games in a day which is impossible for a guy like me to do. This is one of my biggest issues on this thing, they need to up the amount of exp we get from each match. Like double it or triple it, only at that point playing games will makes sense. Weekly quests is also perfectly said. Unless those quests give us 7-8k exp, they are garbage. And if they asked me to summon 300 murlocs but give me 7k exp i would do it. I wouldnt mind a bit. Because thats what weekly quest is. You finsih them in about 5-6 days so you will be ready for the next ones. If the weekly quests can be finished in a day, thats just a daily quest in disguise of a weekly quest. I didnt even know about the daily/hourly exp cap. But if it is a thing thats also absoulute garbage. As you said it would be super good if it was just a expansion exp cap.

I look at this whole mess like this.
