Aside from the old gods and the warrior cards just revealed, everything looks overal very generic and a bit lackluster in flavor. I hope they show some real new and unique archetypes as time goes on.
The new mechanic is fairly boring. There are a couple new cards to play around with, but you're right that it's more boring than it could be. Personally, I found the expansions between Witchwood and the Demon Hunter release relatively boring.
How many more new things can hearthstone add without becoming a more complex game?
Same here - not impressed and probably the last prepurchase from me.
the cards are not interesting, the meta will see the same 10 decks being played again and again and the only interesting mode is battlegrounds as it involves more than 2 players and isn’t as predictable
Having play many cards game, reprint good old cards are common practice in all of them. HS is not an exception. But, actually unlike you, I am impressed by Team5. They surely learnt their lesson well. Why I say so ? Because although they reprint 4 of the Old Gods, unlike the old ones, they leave us a LOT of ways to build a deck around it. For example, with the old C'thun, we must included a boring C'thun package of 8-10 cards in every deck. But the new C'thun, only 1 card, make us a lot of room to improvise our style , either combo to get C'thun as fast as possible for OTK turn, or only use C'thun as a late wincondition. The same can be said with 3 other gods, we can be creative in deck building as we like now.
How can you even try to ignore those monsters. They are releasing cards with effects never seen before in any card game. So yeah just accept the fact that the other cards released until now are meh.
Are they?
Not even joking. Maybe they'll be used in standard but these old gods are so much more restricted and, frankly, boring compared to the originals. Y'shaarj and n'zoth at least to me seem entirely dead on arrival (again, from a wild perspective and not a lollet'smeymeyabout perspective), yogg is not particularly different from og yogg other than 5% of the time you or your opponent die (and if you manage to reach turn 10, there are so many answers to either yogg that it's not even funny anyay) and c'thun is paralitically slow. Again, c'thun and yogg will at least be decent meme material for people playing at bronze or silver or a random hysteria/trolden video, but the two other old gods are fairly boring, so far as I'm concerned.
Maybe they'll have amazing support in this exp (only a few cards shown for now) but I'm really curious to know how a player is supposed to stay alive long enough to play them when dh hits you for 20 dmg in a turn with their new legendary, even in standard. Heh, we'll see.
So far I'm happy the power creep isn't as glaring and notorious as it was with Outlands and then Scholomance.
Most cards look really cool and are probably in mind new archetypes instead of just strenghtening what's already there and strong, with the exception of the Pally pure legendary.
I hate when the Hearthstone community just attacks any criticism you give them but this post is just dumb.
Those are the only two posts you get on the site most of the time, people complaining about everything and blizzdrone shills saying "well quit, we wont miss you".

I don't agree with that, and I also don't think we have seen enough yet..
not just the cards. the game.
So far no new Shaman cards but hope for at least more 1 totem support card and draw options.
Also interested to see new (neutral) dragons , demons, elementals.
Especially dragons, as many are rotating out in 4 months.

There are some good cards, but the new warrior cards are disappointing.

Waiting for shaman draw and good 4-5 cost board clear for Priest.
