I started watching twitch hearthstone streams since around the October 28 at 11:00 a.m. PT (about 1 hour later it started). My pc kept running, watching streams all day long except nights. For the last 2 nights however, my pc been running non-stop, even when I'm sleeping, but I still have not recieved a drop. The reason I insisted that much is that I will be busy around the release date so, I want to play it while I have the time.
I disabled my adblock, did not muted the stream, at least posted some messages through chat around every 1-2 hour (when I'm awake, obviously). I tried disabling any browser extensions I got, I even changed browser last day. I do not use a vpn pr something.
Until this, I rechieved every other guaranteed drop, like packs and even recieved the early access BG drop from Alliestrasza which was not guaranteed I think. I'm from Turkey and I see that my country is eligible for the drops in twitch.
I see some people in twitch saying they got the drop like 4-5 times, and that also drives me crazy; that the system is so bad, like why not limit the same drop 1 per account, that way it would be much more possible for other "unlucky" players.
I dont know what else to do, I don't know twitch or blizzard can help me either. Should I try to contact one of them? What should I do? Is the only option left is to give up?
I can totally relate OP. I let hs streams run in my background for 6 days now, nearly nonstop. the last 3 days also at night.
Nothing.
Same goes for my girlfriend, so yeah this feels really awkward and they should have approached this whole thing in another way. Maybe increase the amount of given early accesses daily until duels goes live. And of course don't let someone get multiple early access drops, I mean how dumb is that?
It's just another event where Blizzard didn't fully think through the whole thing and how to improve the experience for the customers/players.
I know the first and most important aspect for them is to generate money and get those pre orders in, but man it just feels bad all around.
you can only get drops on one stream. "watching" multiple streams does not work, you can see that on every eligible stream in the description. btw they only give 500 ea's per hour on all hs streams combined.

- is it "working" when twitch on the background (so stream playing but not actually watching ),
- does Bliizard"double drop" for already won users (no sense) or there are no duplicates? i mean is it 500 distinct accounts per hour that will get the duels access drop?
- if both questions correct his claim has a basis, since most 30-40K HS watchers are the same accounts for most of the day (many probably didnt even enable the link account for drops ) so the chance to "win should increase every hour

I don't think it can be checked in any way if you are actually watching or just having the stream open, unless they'd put some kind of spyware on your pc.
Bots are farming drops, its not bugged its just exploitable sadly. I was afk watching streams that have drops enabled but havent got anything so far. Ofc when i say streams i dont mean multiple streams at once cause thats forbidden at least, but still......

Edit: Well, it's like playing lotto. You need some luck I guess.
Excuse me but.. What are you talking about? He is referring to the early duel access not the subs/mega bundles stuff.
I don't think so, why would he be mad about people receiving 4-5 drops if you can get only 1 access to duels?
Edit: Except you can the early access multiple times but that doesn't make sense to me.
Nothing is broken, it's just pure dumb luck I'm afraid. Or unluck in your case.
yes the early duel access

It's unavailable in certain countries. some people are getting 4/5 drops and others get nothing.
