what? It only spams the stupid ship that costs 4 mana, you deal 3 damage with your 2 mana hero power... It was a breeze for me, 1st try. Not sure if serious or just trolling.
Those 3x 5/6s can be a problem :D I did manage to clear them with firs try(like 3 times) but one more and i could have probably lost that one... Unbalanced tho? I think its an overstatement!
You got incredibly lucky. Took me 6 tries to beat him, you have very limited resources and he just keeps spamming that ship, clearing the board with Monsoon and setting up a huge freaking wall with Eye of the Storm. It doesn't matter how good you play when you don't have any early board presence (besides useless secrets) and don't have the possibility to regain any health lost to kultirans dying. (also, Huntmaster's Bow is a silly joke) Try to beat him again and you'll understand what's wrong about this encounter
The first time, I underestimated his hero power boat and got overwhelmed by Walking Fountains and knights.
The second, I cleared his boats early on, but eventually ran out of resources to combat his minions (my 4-damage hero power alone can't clear the 6-hp boat, come on).
The fourth time I guess he just drew poorly, cuz he hardly played any minions and I managed to save up enough removal to take down the Eye of the Storm taunts.
I beat every single encounter first try, all 8 in a row. The content was a joke - I don't know if they put any effort into it cause I just breezed straight through. Maybe I got lucky? I dunno, It happened with Jaina's book too, 8 wins in a row, bam done.
The player's deck is just obnoxiously shitty and has no good quality cards in it, making you feel like playing a vanilla deck. Even the average arena deck is better nowadays. No come-back cards or clears and shitty early-game. I sure enjoy encounters where the most important part is your opponent getting bad draws.
I had more issues with last boss. I could keep up but you fatigue faster than him so maybe change cards like tracking to just draw card out of 3 and no discard

Last boss was the only one that I lost to, but just once.
Yeah, Naxxramas bosses were nasty AF. And at that time I didnt'even own an Alexstraza to help me with those.
Not being snarky, but I beat him first playthrough. Just slow down a bit, plan ahead on your turns, and you'll get there bud. He's not that difficult, though at first glance it does seem daunting.

Blizzard, could you please fix Daelin because there is too much taunts and not enough power to get through them.
It's just stupid to try for the 8th time and still can't beat him... Kharazan's Chess was way easier compared to this
I seriously never thought that one day I'd see a post where someone complains about a solo content encounter. Oh well...

Every single encounter was a 1st try for me - except the 1st one (Rexxars father) who beat me. From there on I thought it was gonna be tough :D
Btw. what was the hardest solo content ever in Hearthstone? Heroic Naxxramas? I can't even remember them all...

I did not beat him yet too, so maybe today...
EU 11/2015+ , f2p 03/2021+: DK 63 / DH 205 /Dr 277 / Hu 733 / Ma 6666 / Pa 1072 / Pr 1165 / Ro 1791 / Sh 1303 / Wl 707 / Wr 664
Got him on second try, just keep on trying.
Best card in HS? Mastercard.
It took me four tries to beat him.

The third time, he played two Eye of the Storms back to back cuz he managed to Far Sight one.
The fourth time I guess he just drew poorly, cuz he hardly played any minions and I managed to save up enough removal to take down the Eye of the Storm taunts.
First try and it was not even close. I think you just have to draw good and you're good^^
Took about 4 tries for me. Would of done it in 3 but misdirection hit a walking fountain and that healed him... i was 2 off lethal.

heroic blackrock prolly, its the only one I remember having to cheese the AI
truly anything is possible in 2020, it seems.

First 6 bosses were a joke, 7th and 8th things can go wrong if you get some bad draw though, but overall the Rexxar chapter was a bit too easy
