I don't believe those mechanics are suitable for a card game. My hand and my deck is for me and me only, it shouldn't be that someone can play a card and play my hand?
Build your own deck....
Again this is my opinion, maybe a lot will not agree.
As an addition, I am also against that someone can look at your 3 cards and choose one, especially when I have only 3 cards in my hand. I am sure everyone has around 50% winrate due to these mechanics, and all is tit for that but I sincerely think looking at someone elses cards or changing deck's can easily be replaced by something more effective and a better game experience for all.
It was only a matter of time until this happened. From the beginning Priest had been copying and stealing you cards. This is why I hate the Priest class, they don't play with their own cards. Now it's to the point where they can take your whole hand and copy your deck. It's just nonsensical, but I guess there are people out there that enjoy it...
I personally despise these, so I just don't face them. What really, really bothers me is that Blizzard still hasn't added a block class option in the game. Take stars or whatever other punishment you see fit, but it's really annoying to want to play the game and suddenly be matched up with 5 Priests in a row and having to concede rather than play.
That and the option to auto-squelch. Another option that there is no excuse for not having implemented.
That would be a nice feature for unranked. I can see myself blacklisting DH
I don't like something that makes me lose = questionable design.
ITT - Disguised salt.
That is not what I said, I underlined when I said this is my opinion. Some feel the same and some don't, fine. I still don't think that a different player should see my hand. I simply don't like this mechanic, the priest should have his own class deck. Some agree and some don't.....
I enjoy cards that completely shaft turtling decks who just sit there drawing. I loved dirty rat and every card that has followed since that does a similar thing.
In my opinion, mindrender came to destroy those annoying combo decks that Just hold the game until have the Key cards. Like skulking Geist, wich makes some jade druid players concede after I playing him. But mindrender ia awful against majority decks and is a huge loss of tempo.
Yeah, it's one of the benefits of playing a computer TCG.
In mtg you couldn't do it, which is why I love HS shenanigans, with all its faults.
No.
I only play my decks and test of lot of stuff. Even though I abhor braindead combo decks like anything druid does, crap like mindrender is stupid and cards like mind vision/Madam Lazul piss me off. Not just before they get a card, they get to know whats in my hand..wtf?!
But I havent felt this game had any decent kind of balance since Old Gods lol and definitely all gone to shit since boomsday.

I totally agree, I don't want my opponent to see my hand.....

Well, I don't disagree, and you're one of 10k. My opponent could see my hand in mtg as well, and choose a card I should discard (e.g. Coercion). So what? If you know you're getting into a game where here and there your cards are transparent, that means you have leverage of bluff, that what they saw is what you have, while using the new topdecks as surpriae factor.
Card games Can't have all.decks at 48-52 WR, and they're not supposed to, that's why deck building and tech skills are important. I don't like my opponent playing Lazul, but he did. Is the game over? Not even close. Do they know the other cards? No.
Don't want your opponent to see your hand? You're playing the wrong game. Trust me, it could be Much worse, where Stelina-like cards exist, at least priest doesn't 'discard'. It ain't fun playing vs priest, and I say it AS a (currently former) priest main, but it's a game, priest exists, and it's still better game than guardian druid decks that require 20 iq, and bomb warriors that require less.

I think it's a fun mechanic. Both to play with it, like against it.

Really? There are 0.01% who do build their own decks and the rest netdeck, and those 0.01% don't complain, we tech our decks better.
And besides, this
In mtg you couldn't do it, which is why I love HS shenanigans, with all its faults.
Imo mindrender illucia was a mistake
and devolving missiles but that’s a different topic but this set definitely had some questionable design..

Fair enough. Without Illucia though I've got a feeling everyone would be far more upset about freeze exodia mage in this meta...
