Every time I climb smoothly to D3 and then I immediately get kicked all the way back to D5 and 0 stars. Already happened 5 times this month!!! It is so frustrating. It's like a torture.
What kind of rigged mm system is this?
It's like the system is programmed to punish you and it starts picking all the counter decks.
I know it seems like the system is against you, but it's just chance.
The same thing seemed to happen to me this week, I keep getting close to legend at D1 and 3 stars, then lose 4 games in a row. But I won't blame the system. (even though some people disagree) I played my best and it got me there, so it can happen again.
Best to just put it away for a bit and try again later. Keep calm and play the best you can.
LOL I feel you ! It does feel like that I know. Just keep at it, youll get there. Sometimes the opponents change, and its all aggro sudden;ly /remeber to have another deck to use if your facing the counter to your deck.
One month, I was 1 game away fro Legewnd 3 times!! One of those times I went back to rank 5 too!!
My strat is too take a break if I lose 3 or more in a row so I dont tilt. Play something else, calm down, try again.
I do believe that there is a meta change aroud rank 3.
There isn't, the MMR doesn't work that way. It doesn't look at your rank or league at all anymore. It looks at your invisible MMR.
It's just that when you hit a certain win streak (usually about 4-5 wins), the matchmaking system starts to pair you up with tougher opponents. So you're just needing to do a bit better.
I've had a month or two where I've dangled around d2-4 before. It sucks sometimes, but it's nothing rigged against you. It's just hot streaks can end, and without the bonus stars, it hurts more than other ranks. Play enough games, and you can muscle through. Also metas can change in a few days. If you keep matchup up against counters consistently, might be worth switching decks until they thin out.
Blizzard can sense your frustration, and they rig your matches accordingly. The trick is to rub butter on your tinfoil hat, so they can't sense your emotions.
The outcome is also affected by your mentality of "I reached X rank, now it gets harder and I will get a bad streak"...
Flash news, there isn't such thing as rigged mm, it just you. The road from D5 to D1 is almost the same, but if you can't reach legend at this stage of the month then the problem resides in you...
EDIT: I guess I should recommend you to take a break if you are feeling tilted, take a bath, walk around, have some snack & tea? That really REALLY helps me when I get into a bad mood.
The same happened to me 4 days ago on D1 and 2 stars. Fell all the way to D5 0 stars. Eventually got legend yesterday but it took 2 more days of grinding..
Just keep playing and do your best in every game. Try to win more games than you lose and eventually you will get legend. Good luck!

It's not only about reaching legend. It is systematically and each and every time being kicked all the way back to D5 and 0 stars. It is not like hanging around D3 and not being able to get higher. It is a lot worse than that. And I do take breaks. Nothing helps. Once I get to D3 not only I get harder matches, I get all the worst draws all the worst rng until I am back to D5 and 0 stars. It cannot be me. There is no way it is me

Welcome to the club, glad to have you with us, sorry it's on these circumstances though.
Been to d3 three stars more than I can count, I'm frustrated as hell. Keep pushing, mate, you're not alone.
Never happened to me, try geting gud
never happen to me just get better
How about try be less of a smart ass?
Try not to think that the system is rigged against you (because, well, it isn't). You can make it eventually.
Sometimes I just stall at D3-D4, then I take a two day break, come back, and win 10 of my next 11 games or whatever and go on to legend.
Just try your best not to tilt haha.

You just need to play more stealth rogue Kappa.

The answer to all your doubts will always be
the game isnt compettive till D2-3

more likelly between d3 to legend is most competitive stage of the game the deck you use to climb succesfully for a day will not work tomorrow.

I've reached legend many times and there wasn't a single time I didn't bounce back and forth from D1 to D5 until the final push.
If you feel frustrated now, you should have experienced tumbling down to R5 from R1 in the old system.
Relax, try to make optimal plays, and you'll get there.
It is you and only you. Just record your D3 games and post them here for analysis.
