Let me open with: I do like the RNG aspect of Hearthstone, specifically the card generation One and I think that (besides the extreme cases like galapriest, rexxar and few others that shuflle cards into your deck like espionage or elysiana) it is more than fine the way it is
(also I have to say that,as a wild player, rexxar specifically is fun to play as and has Always been manageble to fight with a good enough "long game" value deck since, aside for a 1/100 BS, he got rekt by fatigue)
This post is about all the "attacks/damages a random enemy" that many cards have, from arcane missiles to rag to c'thun to (more recently) troublemaker
Personally I like most of these cards but I always they had a minor... "issue" with them: immediate face damage has never been that fun to deal with, that's the reason why charge is slowly fading out of the game (or at the very least...standard) and these cards provide that....with the added "feels bad" moment of: my opponent's rag hit my face and killed me while I had a full board (this is a more extreme example but I hope you get what I mean)
Instead of this I always felt it would make them less annoyng to deal with to have them attack (or deal damage to) a random enemy while prioratizing minions (and also,as personal bias, it would make them A LOT better as reactive/control style cards)
Do you think that would be a good or a bad change? This post is nothing more than a "this is my opinion...am I an idiot or does this make sense"
Let me know what you think....am I an idiot? Would it be a good change?

Just kidding, don't get mad... XD
I understand your point of view, but I don't fully agree with it. Ragnaros the Firelord hitting your face and winning the game for your opponent when your board is full of minions can be really annoying, yeah, but a card like Arcane Missiles always hitting enemy minions would make it a lot more powerful in general (mostly because mages usually use it to fight for the board in the early game), so they would have to redesign the entire card. The same applies to many others and would require a lot of effort to properly balance them. Not a bad idea, seriously, but there are much more important things for Team 5 to care about for a long time I think.
