People will remember the one time they get highrolled by the druid who draw the perfect curve but forget about all the other game when druid got nothing. I know because I was the druid player, and now that I switched to DH and Paladin I feel so much better.
It's the early days of the meta, just enjoy the randomness and have fun
I've been climbing ladder really well with weapon aggro rogue, the only thing that countered the deck so far were token decks. Pure Pally? EZ. Freeze Mage? Can't freeze face as often as the board. I've done really well with weapon rogue overall and haven't seen anyone else playing it.
I actually ran in to a zoolock a minute ago. Got to give the guy the brass balls award for jumping in to the meta at Diamond with that deck.
Any Warlock player should get free packs for just playing the class ;].
I'm playing Gala Warlock with a lot of success. So much removal that it counters Druid and Pally really well. No one is really playing it, but I certainly expect it to be a tier 2 deck once the dust settles. Warlock is not the dumpster class as hsreplay would indicate.
I see a lot of aggro rogues today, at diamond 3-5 ish haha. I see them enough that I caved and joined them. Sorry about that. (also I opened a golden Doctor Krastinov)
Also, no, the meta has not settled at all haha, there's a lot of nonsense going around all parts of the ladder. Lots of swingy, kinda op non-interactive nonsense, but nonsense nonetheless.

Absolutely not, the meta is nowhere near fleshed out.
For one thing, everyone is still trying to make the new cards fit into decks that didn't need them. I imagine we will see a departure from the beast focused hunters and a return to the far superior dragon package soon. Highlander Mage probably only gained one card (combustion) that actually deserves to be played. Galakrond Priest may or may not want the Headmaster in it; personally I like what he can do for that deck. But the "change your life this turn and destroy creature" guy and the "spellburst: gain control of power 2 or less guy" guy are probably not going to survive the final cuts.
There are still a few variations on how to build Guardian druid, but sooner or later a clear superior will emerge.
As always, people are playing around with a few key slots in aggro Demon Hunter looking for optimal.
Rogue has a lot of different aggro versions floating around there. I saw one that had zero cards which cost more than 4. It even featured OG Wolfrider. Some folks are trying to make Heistbaron work in the deck where there are only two lackey generators. That is going to be inconsistent as hell and may lead folks back to pre-Scholo stealth Gally rogue.
Bunch of control and Big shaman variants are in various stages of failure, but something may still come out of it.
A few folks have found interesting variants of Suicide Warlock with soul fragments and the new giant. I think those are going to be largely held down by hunter and rogue, but we shall see.
And then there's warrior, and HOLY SHIT does warrior have some potential this time around. I don't think Big Warrior is going to be fast enough to withstand the onslaught of the normal menu of aggro friends, but something a little more in the vein of old school control warrior may have a place. Also, the pre-Scholo bomb warrior is going to be an option if and only if folks decide Druid's Survival of the Fittest is more of a meme than a true competitor. If more Highlander decks come back into the normal meta, the bombs will flow as usual.
P.s. If you can't find the fun in this game at moments like this, seriously, why are you here? Never understand the ,"day 1 4nd 4m bor3d to t3arz" bitching. There's a lot of weirdness out there to experience in the best of ways.

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.

Pretty accurate breakdown of what's happening with each class.
For all you people that think Warrior is truly the weakest class right now by blindly following winrate statistics from 3 days, get your heads out of the sand. Classes like priest and warrior need to see and study the meta before creating monsters that is sure to cause aggro players to complain till the start of the next expansion. Just wait and watch.
I face literally all classes except for Hunter. Pala needs exactly 0 nerfs, and no, I don't even play it right now. Stop screaming for the weirdest fucking nerfs. The only oppressive class right now is Druid and will most certainly get tweaked, but even that deck can be combated with Pala, Priest and Mage. Even Big Warrior does well enough vs it. Fucking. Stop.
paladin does need a nerf theres no answer for some of the stuff it does. like back to back good two shields and constant libram of wisdom buffs for the rest of the game that it can apply to multiple minions in the same turn if they die.
This is the first time i have enough dust and many of the new cards at the first days of a new expansions and I've never enjoyed playing HS more. The meta is not even close to settled, I've been fooling around with 5-6 decks and I have to constantly adjust them based both on what works/doesn't work and on what decks I face out there and there are still so many new cards with a lot of potential where nobody has discovered the deck that makes them great yet
From having done pretty thorough research for the decks article up on front page right now, the meta is anything but settled. Even with the strongest, most played decks, people have no idea how to precisely build the decks yet.

I got to legend with my own control soulfragment warlock, played mostly against druids and paladins and my deck is strong against them.
Aby chance you can post a list? I've been messing about with arou d 6 or 7 decks and a control style warlock is one I've just not been able to get working at all. I'm not really into quest and I prefer control over a zoo style.
Normal control Cards from quest warlock all soul fragment Cards except, 3 drop minion. Poltek, fleshgiants , twilight drake, netherwing, alextrassa and the legend 5 drop with spellburst resummon all killed enemies. Pretty much what innan remember :)
Well I'm jealous of you guys then. I keep ending up facing freeze OTK mage. Having to endure 4+ turns of AOE freeze followed by a kill turn that takes over a minute, and doesn't matter how big my board is, is not fun.

Your best friend against those mages
While that's good and all, can't be run in pure paladin, a deck I've been playing since AOO release, as well as it being pretty bad for any other matchup. I know I'm getting unlucky with my matchups, going against mage far more than the average. Just the walls of freeze that can now be reliably drawn due to poltek really do remove interactivity.

Overload shaman is alive and kicking
I beat almost every Pally and Druid from rank 5 to Legend, with my Priest deck, but i can says that's all i saw at rank 1 and 2.

It is only a matter of time before some wretched Priest deck emerges that ruins the fun for everyone else. Trust me. I give it to next week.
