I have a sleeper combo that is Reaper's scythe + Magtheridon. I think that there's a chance that Reaper's Scythe will actually make Magtheridon viable to run.
I think Wand Thief is the most sleeper OP. It's very easy to overlook and almost nobody says it's great, but in rogue it's insane. Thief rogue can now complete the quest much more easily with it and there is no need to run slow cards like Hench-Clan Burglar amymore. Plus, it gives Rogue access to AoE which it normally doesn't have and is historically one of Rogue's biggest weaknesses. Although not nearly as powerful in mage, there is a ton of potential for this to be good in Rogue in general, but especially thief rogue.
Problem with Professor is that it's clearly a control card and "Control Hunter" is kinda oxymoron.
Unleash the hounds won't count as doing damage with a spell. You are doing the damage with the minions and the minions won't have poisonous, only the spell itself.

9 mana combo at that stage of the game is difficult to pull off. I think you'll find in practice it will end up sitting there. Also a 12/12 can be dealt with by classes that are control at turn 9+ or if they're aggro they're in their last push at lethal.
Better off just playing Deathwing two turns earlier using only 1 card then 3.

8 mana do nothing to your opponent's board state at that stage of the game is difficult to pull off. I think you'll find in practice it will end up sitting there. Also a 12/12 can be dealt with by classes that are control at turn 8+ or if they're aggro they're in their last push at lethal.

You equip the scythe on turn 4 and clear something. Next turn you play Mag and activate the spellburst, so boardclear + 12/12 on t5. Its not a turn 8 combo, and it seems decent.

Ah true, that is more powerful and I forgot the magtheridon board clear effect.
Personally though I still don't see it because it's unreliable requiring three specific cards, one of which is a one off. It also means holding your 1 mana spell for 5 turns.
Edit: Also if they play a taunt on 5 its kinda rip, you have to clear it without using a spell to set up the next turn.
My personal pick for 'most underrated' is Blessing of Authority. As far as I have seen, everybody thinks this is crap. But to me it has shades of Cryostasis, and although that card was ridiculed (and rightfully so) as part of the 'freeze shaman' package, it has found a place as a strong card in even shaman. 5 mana for 8/8 in stats is insane, and although buffs are typically good because the stats come with 'charge', 5 mana for 8/8 of stats with rush still seems awesome.

I agree on Devolving Missiles and Intrepid Initiate, they both could be staples in multiple forms of decks.
I'm not sure Cram Session is sleeper personally, I can see it being played specifically in the spell damage deck of course and that's it I think?
I think the issue with Blessing of Authority is it's quite slow and requires you to be on board for the 'rush' element. If you're not on board it's what, a 7 mana 9/9? Much less attractive at that stage. The more buffs you run the harder it is to be on board too. It's not great against aggro either as they can probably ignore you at that point and just push which might dominate early weeks as decks refine.

I mean no one should require cards that require specific combos. Warrior has other ways to activate Magtheridon, and Reaper's Scythe is a good card in general.
The problem with professor slate is what AOE does hunter have to enable it? There arent a lot of options...
I think if Hunter had a reliable, cheap AoE card Professor Slate would be kinda broken. It's already a 3/4 with an upside, and Hunter has a bunch of spells it already runs in quite a few decks. And Rapid Fire, as much as people don't see it, actually is a pretty good card with any kind of spell damage (which this set supports otherwise). So I think Slate will probably be more solid than people think it is.
I think people are sleeping on Crimson Hothead and Headmaster Kel'Thuzad a fair bit. Headmaster Kel'thuzad has so much utility in any control deck with lots of hard removal. (Which is... most of them)
Nobody is talking about Robes of Protection, but I think it's going to be an infuriating card to play against, especially in the likes of Big Priest
I totally agree with this. I am amazed that Robes arent being discussed more in terms of power level. It's an insane card - and in particular because it also protects itself with the same ability.
This card alone is going to cause massive problems, I think.
I agree with OP about Cutting Class and weapon tempo rogue's potential, its gonna be the first deck I try when the expansion hits.
The more I think about Tour Guide the more I like it (especially in wild, but also in standard). Its gonna be crazy good in totem shaman and it has some other applications.
IMO one of the most underrated cards is Jandice Barov. I did some research, looked at the possible highrolls and lowrolls, and it seems very good in a tempo rogue deck. Maybe even in tempo mage but Im not sure about that deck.
Totally agree on Jandice Barov in Rouge. It is a great tempo play and has both shadow step and witchy lackey potential. Could see play as a 5 drop in highlander mage but I would be extremely surprised if it didn't see play in Galakrond or value based rogue decks.
The first will discount or discover Bloated Python , played on curve for (2) is just like a Kindly Grandmother on steroids. Also, it will allow a new midrange beast hunter to spawn.
The weapon is just OP and very much a nerf candidate. You can use it to trigger deathrattles or just go face as a demon hunter without using hero power for 4 turns.
Intrepid Initiate (aggro DH, tempo mage and every rogue deck EVER) and Tour Guide (totem shaman, handlock) are EZ sleepers.
My personal one is Headmaster Kel'Thuzad though, people are not realising the potential mind games this card brings! If you just drop this on turn 5 the opponent HAS to remove it, its impossible to develop your board while this card is alive, its basically Sylvanas 2.0! The difference is that only control decks will be able to use it effectively, while Sylvanas is good everywhere, but still very powerful nonetheless.

Every time an opponent plays a continuous effect minion it gets dealt with, either by spot removal or trade. This ain't too different.
P.S. Stop telling everybody about this card.
P.S. 2 like it matters, if it's not in a "pro netdeck", it's not in any(one else's) deck.

Voratious reader. There was once a much worse card that saw play. I put vr on the top of my nerf watch list. Just makes every class able to run zoo.

Release the Kraken!
Unleash the Hounds?

In death, I exact my revenge!

This card is widely considered OP rather than sleeper I'd say. Mandatory in any aggro deck.

Mentioned before, but Intrepid Initiate looks to be the biggest sleeper thus far. Others include Devolving Missiles (somehow no one seems to have learned from Devolve), Double Jump, and Cram Session.

I bet my 5cents on Carrion Studies and Trueaim Crescent.

Vectus
Devout Pupil will win many games. Especially with Libram of Wisdom in the opening hand.
