The community in general like this two dudes a lot, yet their careers as Hearthstone streamers have a noticeable difference: Regis is on the spotlight since some time ago already, but Brian has almost always been there enjoying a very good reputation. If I had to choose one of them I will go for Kibler, mostly because I think he explains his thoughts and points of view pretty well and with great detail (more than any other streamer), something very important and not easy to do.
I had to admit that choosing one of them was not easy for me at first because I like their personalities a lot and, obviously, I would like to know other people's opinions and choices too.
Why even choose one? I like both and watch both, for different reasons. Regis has very contagious enjoyment for hearthstone and gets me hyped to play a certain deck or card. He also is just very dedicated to his work and content, releasing new card videos almost instantly after they are revealed. Kibler, on the other hand, is probably better at hearthstone, and yes, does explain all his thinking and is generally a fun pilot to learn from and try out new things for. He's a bit more serious than Regis, but still knows how to meme it up and make the content fun.

I personally feel that kibler is probably the better player and if I want to understand a deck I'll check him or Old Guardian out because they explain their thoughts and generally pilot decks very well.
Regis is more entertaining though and if I have YouTube on in the background or just want to watch something that isn't thought intensive then his videos are great. I watch him more than I do Kibler. He puts a lot of effort into his content and is good to watch. I think he'd do a great job on the reveal streams.
Not sure why you would need to pick between them though. They create different content which would generally cater to a slightly different audience.

Ok, dude, I just wanted to talk about random stuff with my beloved community, that's all. My life is ruled by randomness, that's why I play card games... obviously at random. :P
I honestly love this community, but sometimes I just want to kill everyone here, you can be so f..king annoying! XD
Of course, thanks for sharing your opinion on the matter, I really appreciate it! :)
Kibler showcases decks for longer and gives a more detailed analysis of his play. I like the decks he leans towards and he is very astute at choosing tech cards for the meta.
I enjoy Regis a lot though and probably watch more of his videos. I tend to watch Regis while playing hearthstone but tend to watch Kibler without other on screen things going on.
I really care about video names and I hate those ‘INSANE VALUE DECK IS SO OP’ things. Kibler doesn’t have those, he’s more calm and a better player. Also he plays wild. Also I’ll go for Solem
People who watch streamers should get a life, they really have to grow up or find more hobbies.
I'm a father of a little girl, I am 30 and I watch twitch since years. does that make me a no life? Compensate much for something? I bet you are a full nerd and have the need to bring down others.

Why exactly do you have to choose only one?

Because I really want to know who is the shit right now! ;)
See my post above. ;)
How about none of these?
Both are boring

Would love to know your definition of fun...
I think Kilbin is Cringeworthy.
Been a fan of Kibler since a while.
easy for me to answer lol
Haha, ok! XD
Don't know who these are and couldn't care less.

Option 3 - Would rather use a cheese grater on my crotch than watch either. Regis especially makes me want to place my foot through the screen.

Killbin is intolerable to listen to. All the yelling and spazzing out is so fucking annoying.
Asmodai, Tyler, Savjz, Rdu, Dane, Mark rest are meh.
For me its Kripp, Kibler, Thijs, Savjz, Rdu, Hafu, Dog, Amaz
