Keywords like rush and rush have become somewhat of a staple in Hearthstone nowadays, while keywords like adapt and echo only existed for one expansion (unless I forgot some one and done card from a latter expansion).
Why is this? I don't believe they could fully realise some keywords in one expansion and that they could create some more fun cards with keywords that didn't make it past their thematic expansion.
I'm assuming it's because rush minions are easy to design and popular on ladder. Echo and adapt didnt see much play.
Because Eco minions were more or less all garbage, adapt minions few of them were broken and they are still played in wild. See Gentle Megasaur in wild murloc pala and Crackling Razormaw for hunter. If the cards are broken people will play it. So it is not true what are you saying.
