These OTK, combo deck lovers are losing it and its really fun to watch... Tell you what, I don't know if it's gonna get nerfed but in the meantime, although I don't like DH, I'll play this class and use Glide just to piss off these babies and see them rant even more in the forums...hilarious!! Waiting for the down votes and we know who they are LOL!!
Glide will force control out so the meta will be almost 100% aggro. We aren't babies, we are extremely scared about the fact Glide will break hearthstone.
I really, really don't think glide will be as good as everyone expects. It's four mana and only makes sense to play if you have one other card in your hand or fewer. It messes with control but spending four mana to mess with your opponent is rather expensive for an agro deck. Demon hunter already has plenty of draw and this card will be clunky.
This is probably closest to the truth. I'd guess a mid-range/control dh deck would actually want this card more than agro.
Agro just wants consistency and to finish the game before the opponent can gain board or find their combo.

What control? There is no true control in the current standard meta. Priest would be the closest, but it's win condition is just infinite RNG value shinanigans and it does it poorly.
Everyone is freaking out about that Glide card because it will break standard(wild odd DH can't run it) and make control unplayable. It's likely Blizz will nerf that OP card to 6 mana, perhaps within a week or they will lose millions of players.
BILLIONS! HAHAHAHAHAHA These guys, wtf is going in the world? The game will lose anything dude...
As a mainly control player (historically mostly warrior), I am not too concerned about this card. In fact, I think a new mechanic like this kind of hand disruption is refreshing to see.
People keep bringing out the “nightmare” scenario where DH vomits onto the board and topdecks Glide turn 4 to refuel and “completely ruin the control players gameplan”. Let’s dive a bit more into that scenario.
If I’m seeing and expecting aggro DH, I will mulligan for early removal to stave off the pressure. Sometimes I get it, sometimes my hand is high cost and dead early. That leads to 2 scenarios:
Got removal
Here I will be actively using cheap cards to get on the board and use removal to not die, meaning come turn 4 I’m likely not sitting with more than 4 maybe 5 cards, and the cards I do have are not likely to be good aggro answers, because I have already used those. So my hand might reduce by 1 card, but I still get a refresh for new potential removal. Of course there will be games where I lose a brawl in hand on turn 4, but I suspect this to be quite rare. Also because the DH needs to have played 7 cards to even empty his hand at this point, which with current DH decks never happens.
Didn’t get removal
We hit turn 4 and I had no fight back options, but at least a have a beefy card advantage, sitting on 7-8 cards while my opponent is out of steam! Problem here is not losing 4 cards to Glide, problem here is I have spent 4 turns being pummeled by a full board with no removal options, that I am dying anyway.

This thread wasn't very constructive from the start, but this is about enough. Closing this.
