I always found annoying and unfair the way Hearthstone handles errors or afk. I was just playing a game, final boss to D5 which annoys me lol, and my computer froze and had to reboot it. I quickly tried to return to the game with my cellphone, but I couldn't. And not only that, but got punished and lost one star and my streak. Because my computer froze! It doesn't have any sense having to pay yourself the cost of an error and lazyness of devs.
I find these things embarassing and unprofessional as a developer myself. It's preeeeetty easy for uncle Bliz to fix these things. I'd say it's no more than 5 days of development, testing and burocracy lol. On afk, apply a timeout of, let's say, 2 or 3 minutes, and allow to restore the session from other devices. This thing actually seems to work sometimes, but on the same device, never on other devices, which just doesn't makes any sense. What's the point of having a game running in multiple platforms if you can't rely between them when one fails?
What do you guys think? Have you ever been annoyed by the lazyness of Hearthstone Dev-team?
