What exactly does the "Class Popularity" graph on the lower right-hand side of the home page mean? Currently, it shows Priest at over 25% - certainly it does not indicate that over a quarter of all players are playing Priest, right? Is it just tracking discussion around classes?
I believe it is based only on this site. I am unsure if it is the percentage of decks being made with a given class, or the percentage of the total upvotes in decks attributable to a given class, or indeed if it is the percentage of the change in upvotes of decks attributable to a given class. Perhaps it's something quite different entirely. All of these measurements, however, would account for how one class could balloon so enormously.
