I use the Well Played if it was a great game and the opponent well played, and is not ironic. so 100% is not right, you have at least 1 counter-example to reduce a bit that 100 % :)
Maybe they are just having the connection problems like i do. Recently after every game i get the message "Game recorded. Restart Hs client" or such and i have to restart after nearly every game. Sometime it just breaks midgame and i cannot reconnect.
The answer is simpel. The opponent part of Blizzards target audience will rage quit if he loses against a non netdeck. Since they consider it their bird right to win the game then, losing feels like Blizzardian betrayal. They have RNG working for them, the AI rigging the game and still losing means one thing....rage.

yeah its shitty, but if I lose, and cant be bothered to concede and just close the app. I'm not angry, I just don't care, and its easier for me to just close it. There is no incentive for me to be a "good guy", other than some weird code of honour for strangers on the internet? lol
that's why when it happens to me, I geeve, still get the W

LMAO, you honestly made me laugh... a lot! Oh, and I'm not going to discuss if the game is rigged or not anymore, since chances of it being true are very high and a company full of bullshit like Blizzard doesn't deserve anyone to waste their time defending it. The Blizzard of old completely died long ago. There is nothing left of that great company, absolutely nothing...
I do care about this world. And somehow disrespect here, even if it is just a "GAME" matters, and it will reflect in our world. And it happens at a big scale. Of course I do care.

Where are the fellow travellers of old? The stanched defenders of anything Blizzard. Lack of ethics, fairness, the sole focus on maximize pack selling, the trashing of skill, the dehumanizing aspect of card design has its toll. Always been consistent about it.
It's not actually rage quit, it's more like bore quit cuz I played vs the deck my opponent plays 1000 times and they got their perfect opening so I know how this game will happen.

Speaking for myself, let's say a very special person I met not so long ago completely changed my mind. I finally found awesomeness incarnate and can't be happier about it. I'm pretty sure you are totally aware I've never been a blind fanboy and sometimes I just used to defend Blizzard's unethical behavior just for fun. The truth is, I don't find it fun anymore and I'm really sorry for the mess.
I have accidently conceded when trying to press the options tab and misclicked before:(
When it is obvious that you gonna lose, no need to waste time. I am not gonna watch a priest killing me slowly.
Just to underline, again, I am referring to "Your opponent left" situations, when I think the opponent closes the game and let you with the rope.
Conceding is totally ok of course in many situations as many of you underlined.

I usually know my decks pretty well, so if I've run out of answers, might as well concede.
But again, is not about concedes! is about ALT-F4 rage quits. Those doesn't seem right for me. We all concede when is the right time, and we should.
But with that "your opponent" left with the rope I do not agree ever. Is just rude and not ok. from my point of view.
My answer is the same.... Who cares. Just take the win.

Why do you even care about them leaving? You do your thing, they do theirs. WHo fking cares
<audio class="audio-for-speech"></audio>
I never do that cuz it's lame but "Alt + f4" or tabbing out on phone are much easier than clicking the concede button so I kinda understand

My opponent played a psychopomp and revived convincing infiltrator for the 2nd time while also playing that healing water buffalo
I forget to concede sometimes when closing the app if I have to leave.
But I never rage quit.
You failed to kill them by turn 5? Tsk.
