She's broken good and should never have been printed. In arena it's an auto win card.
In standard its insane value that can chain, clear boards, heal you out of lethal, taunt up, find more outs...
OP if you think she's no good you just don't understand how to play her in Mage. I went highlander mage to legend this season and Alex won at least a dozen games played right.
You NEVER player her defensively unless it's literally the only option to find an out and avoid lethal. You play her into an empty board or force removals or counter play a clear.
It‘s relatively simple. Dragonqueen is great in a deck that runs other very sticky and valuable minions, it is designed to thin out control players removals but due to its lack of defense (no taunt/hero heal) often times useless against aggro (which usually already has a board).
It‘s also very resistant to boardclears mostly (except Twisting and Sands of course).
Compare her with Kathrena Winterwisp or Master Oakheart, all giving huge swing turns which can win you games but usually best against passive control players.
It's not a good card, it's not a bad one either(at least in wild). By what i read,I think you are using it work. But regardless, I think we need less RNG in this game and Alex is RNG heavy.

This is the type of card which is always working better for your opponent than for you.
