Trusilver is hardly a 2 of nowadays, but still played in almost every Paladin.
And this is why tempo Rogue is competitive in every single meta.
Mana cheat is a very, very strong mechanic. Backstab has a condition, which is easily met, so most of the time it is worth 1 mana- should it have no condition, would cost 1 mana. VanCleef played alongside just one card is already a mana cheat, because 4/4 is worth more than 3 mana. Same for Evis - 2mana deal 4 is an undercosted effect. Shadowstep reduces a cost, so it is a mana cheat as well.
This makes the cards so strong - if you can play something for the lower cost than it is worth, you play it, simple as that.
Innervate and Wrath are in (2x) pretty much all Druid decks right now
Wrath is in some quest jade lists, but in almost 0% of kael jade, maly and tog lists, so "pretty much in all druid decks" is just a tiny exaggeration there.
I was talking about Standard, don't know much about Wild, but indeed from what I've seen it's not really used there.

Edwin van Cleef. No card deserves to be hofed more than this asshole.

Some argument about vancleef. I think if i was building a mecha'thun rogue i would have zero use for Ed in it.
