What ever happened to the adventure? This expansion feels almost over and we didn’t get any single player adventure of some type....Maybe I missed something where we don’t get an adventure this expansion...not sure... Anybody have an opinion on this topic....
I have no information whatsoever yet, but I'm hoping we get an announcement of the announcement this week and the actual announcement of the adventure next week.
It's definitely high time for it, that's for sure.

My opinion is that the pandemic has slowed it down a bit, however I feel like they are trying longer gaps between content this year.
I think they have a lot planned which will slot into the gaps this summer and autumn like the new game mode, second expansion and midsummer fire festival.
HOWEVER, I think 2 months after a set release to casually release an adventure, in a year where its meant to be full of new content is really too long IMO, I am almost focusing most of my effort and energy to gain gold for the next expansion now instead of thinking of the adventure.
It seems they have a fair bit planned in for the coming year and it might be causing the start of the year to feel a little slow. They also did a lot last year in between expansions to spice the meta up with nerfs and buffs, the doom in the tomb etc and it only felt like 6 weeks ish between content.
It does feel a touch slow at the moment and having collected pretty much every card I want to use from the last 3 expansions, I'm just sitting on gold in preparation for the next expansion. If it does stay like this until August, I'll probably skip July other than popping on every couple of days to clear quests but I've also dipped into wild for the first time and that could keep me entertained to be fair. Having never played wild as well as not playing hs until frozen throne (even then I didn't play properly, mainly single player bits and then stopped before playing again somewhere in the middle of K&C) there are a lot of cards I don't know and it feels pretty fresh, bit like a new game in itself. Also getting to play cubelock which was the first deck I used and is probably what really won me over in terms of playing the game online and getting properly into it and I absolutely love the deck. Every time I drop Guldan I turn the sound up and buzz a little bit off his intro.

Actually, they said that they want to reduce time between content, but yeah the current situation has probably slowed down things a little.
If you go to Solo Adventures and select "Ashes of Outland" it says it will open in two weeks, so I just hope it will do that. Seems like the pandemic delayed the work on this solo adventure, expected it to be within the first month of the expansion but I guess we had to be a bit more patient with that
"A new Solo Adventure is coming soon, and with the help of an old trick (changing the time of windows), we found out it will launch on June 10th, and it’s free!"

I think it takes 3 or 4 weeks for the adventure to come out, it says so if you click on the story.
