And another thing where I definetly feel the game is rigged in any way. Yet I don't think that the matchmaking itself is rigged, but the games with the RNG effects.
Playing against a control shaman. He plays The Fist of Ra-den. He uses three one mana spells on it (especially in a control matchup very bad choice). The outcome?
Either thas was controlled Anti-Misplay Protection Detection or Blizz's RNG Coding is so bad that they fucked up random effects. We talk about a chance of 0.000003% right now of this happening.
And these kind of things happen way too often in my games alone, for me and against me. And by chances stuff like that should only happen once every 30 Million games ~
Of course the winrates are higher for better players then. Lot of people can't even think beyond the next turn even with best RNG moments and still fuck up.

I have no idea. It's unlikely to get 3 Reliquary of Souls, but it could have been way worse. So no reason to complain.

Blizzard already admitted to rigging through this wonderfull Zephrys. I see it as a official tentacle in the open world of greater non-official rigg operations behind the scene. The obvious question to be ask is how the algorithm subverts statistical analysis.
For my part subverting statistics non-official rigging takes place through a loose target audience focus. By the way ever realised that the so called "balance changes" are another aspect of official rigging?

Sure, if believing what you say makes you feel better...
I don't care what anyone says...I know that there's some degree of mm going on. How do I know? Because after accumulating nearly 10'000 wins, I have observed some consistencies....things that happen nearly every single time.
For example one consistentcy is taking a loss nearly every single time I start a HS game time for the day. I almost always get pitted against my worst counter deck who pulls all their perfect cards while I muligan for my best cards but end up with terrible card draw the entire game. This happens so consistently that I have now switched to play my first match as non ranked.
Another consistent occurrence I have observed is whenever I hit the concede button the opponent on the following game is my worst match-up and I end up taking a loss the following game close to what feels like 90% of the time.

If you look at win rates in deck trackers for decks that get used commonly you will observe that the decks win rate cycles up and down within a one to two or three day window. Just an observation, but I think that is how the "algorithm subverts statistical analysis."...it runs in cycles.
This allows win streaks which prevents people from pointing a finger at Blizzard being accused of running mm, but we all know Blizzard does it. And the one's who don't think that have a head so big it blocks the sun.

There is only ONE 1-cost legendary minion: Reliquary of Souls. Fist of Ra-den will ALWAYS summon Reliquary of Souls when you cast a one mana spell. Reliquary of Souls is the only legendary that costs 1 mana legal in standard???????
See, this kind of shit is why these threads are pointless. People will state with absolute certainty IT COULD NEVER HAPPEN, MUST BE RIGGED, and have absolutely no fucking clue what they're talking about. Sorry to rag on this poster, I'm sure you're good people, but my God. Read the fucking card.
By the way, you know this ability to generate Reliquaries is EXACTLY why the card is played. It's a perfect decision in a control matchup, because it puts you ahead in the fatigue game and generates difficult to deal with creatures in the later game.

As a psychometrician I would love to get my hands on actually data. A binary logistic regression would be sick to predict outcomes based on strength of the deck, but then we’d need an agreed upon metrics for that. Or even an ordinal regression to evaluate decks by tier to see if there’s a pattern of % WR.
Better yet, if I had Blizzards data we could randomly pick “pros” “regular legends” and “scrubs” and compare WRs and decks played to see if a hidden MMR emerges. But alas, that’s wishful thinking I suppose. never will happen in this lifetime.
Ok, so I'm sorry for the double post, but I actually think it's worth spending a moment on the wg15 post, and it's not to make him feel bad in particular. A lot of folks post and think like this.
So he describes a story where a guy plays a Fist of Ra-den and burns 3 of the charges on 1 mana spells. He comments that it must be a one-in-a-million chance that the opponent got 3 Reliquary of Souls off of these 1 mana charges. Furthermore, he remarks that his opponent misplayed by using the one-mana charges, because it was a control matchup, and thus somehow this was a particularly bad play.
Now, as some have pointed out, instead of it being a 0.0000003% chance that the Ra-den player got 3 Reliquaries, it was actually a 100.0% chance, because Ra-den only generates legendary creatures and Reliquary is the only 1 mana legendary in standard right now. So right away, we are in one of these situations I mentioned earlier in the thread where a person has decided that the game's RNG is rigged against him with no information to back this up, and in this particular case, an actual PROVABLE situation where RNG had nothing to do with it. But nevertheless, wg15 is totally convinced that something has prevented the proper game function from working as intended.
However, the threads insisting that Blizzard manipulates RNG are only my second favorite type of thread. My favorite type goes like, "I played perfectly, but RNG fucked me and this is why I can't win!" Now in this post, wg15 wasn't commenting on his own play, but on the faultiness of his opponent's play. In reality, however, not only is it not a misplay to use Ra-den charges on 1 mana spells, but the ability to generate Reliquary of Souls is the SOLE ("soul", get it?) reason that Ra-den is included in that deck. So you have a player certain his opponent is misplaying when in reality, that player is missing the entire intention of his opponent's deck and failing to realize what a devastating play generating 3 Reliquaries can be in a control v control match. 3 extra cards for fatigue and each one being an untargetable, life-stealing, taunting, big creature. That sounds like a pretty good anti-control measure to me.
So everyone take note when you see stuff like this. I'm sure all of us picked up on this particular set of errors in this post, but I wonder how many of us (definitely including me) have made such a blatant, 100% objectively wrong judgment in the past. Take serious notice when you see stuff like this, because these sorts of faulty assumptions run rampant all over this forum.
EDIT: @MProdigy
I followed most of that, but why would we randomly assign "scrub", "pro", etc. and not actually assign criteria to each? I didn't get that part.

Does the weapon not only give legendary minions though, with RoS being one of or the only one available? It doesn't just give him a 1 drop, in fact, were decks not being created prior to the expansion purely based around 1 managed shaman spells and the first, to generate lots of RoS?

This is all in your head. Record this happening, repeat it multiple times and then others will as well and bang, some evidence. Why don't you want to do that though?
You would rather stay ignorant and insist it's some sort of conspiracy than accept that you either play badly, got unlucky, your opponent played well, your opponent got lucky or a little bit of all of that.
This is not a pattern, it doesn't stand up in any way, shape or form.

Such a small mind thinking skill is decisive in the game, while the skill floor is kept deliberately low to make way for rigging. Wg15 came with a bad example. Proof of Non-rigging therefore delivered? Maybe you should look in the mirror on that ego part.

No one, including the OP, has ever claimed "proof of non-rigging therefore delivered" Hogout. Why would you lie and suggest otherwise?
The OP asked politely whether his impressive collection of data constituted such proof, and I politely told him why it did not. On a simpler level, it is logically impossible to prove a negative, so proof of non-rigging cannot exist under any circumstance. You could pick a percentage of certainty and data may or may not get you to that level of certainty, but 100% is not possible.
So, since you knew that already, why would you suggest someone said otherwise? Nowhere in that gigantic quote does anyone say anything of the sort.
You and I have danced this dance before, and you're getting either more sloppy or more disrespectful of fellow posters with each thread. Meanwhile, at least some of the responses, including mine, to wg15 were perfectly respectful, though they do point out the problems with such posts in general.
Fortunately, as usual, no one has tried to prove rigging exists either. They just claim unfounded, unsubstantiated "knowledge" of rigging. This is usual. But it should be pointed out that it IS possible to prove rigging if rigging exists (at least the type of rigging many claim to know exists) and someone is willing to do the work. One would think there would be at least one person equally motivated to the OP who would do the legwork to actually prove such a thing, but as usual, no one has.
In before some derogatory Trump-related comment. You're obsessed, my doo.

What is needed is a SEC for games with authority to force Blizzard to open up Shadyrisen. The only way to rule out rigging. There are still no rules and regulations for fairness in the game industry. Card design in HS a quintessential example. When the fox promises the farmer he will look after his stock; when the butcher says his meat is ok without any outside independent conformation, you know the opposite holds true.
Therefore amazed that so may fellow travellers without any proof insist on non-rigging and Blizzard the likes of Jezus Himself. Maybe thou will realize how hubristic thou are.

Someone got a break to regurgitate his follow traveling 'wisdom' that there can be no rigging. Wonder what else needs to be proven.

I'll give it one last crack, imagine you're getting sacked from work and the evidence presented to you is basically what you said above. Would you accept losing your job or would you demand some actual evidence?
Also, not only has it been pointed out multiple times that you are completely wrong (be interesting to see if you respond at all, even just to hold your hands up and say yeah, I effed up) but it's the aggressive, arrogant nature of your post as well. You are exactly the type of person I assume falls into these sorts of camps when it comes to these discussions. You don't even understand basic aspects of the game and you're losing to what is effectively a meme deck and wondering why you aren't at whatever rank you aspire to be at. Ignore what you read by similar minded peole, this game does involve a good sized element of skill and I would assume you're the sort of person that would say it doesn't. The problem with this is you will just stay entrenched in ignorance until you decide to drop the ego bs and focus on getting good at the game.
Stephen Hawking said the greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. He was a smart guy.
