Old: Battlecry: If you control a Secret, return a minion to its owner’s hand. It costs (2) more. → New: Battlecry: If you control a Secret, return a minion to its owner’s hand. It costs (1) more.
Old: Dormant for 2 turns. When this awakens, give all minions in your hand +2/+2. → New: Dormant for 2 turns. When this awakens, give all minions in your hand +2/+1.
Without the detailed explanations from blizz, this feels like quite a lot of arbitrary tinkering - along with a couple of obvious ones like Priestess of Fury.
And I don't believe for a second that minor buffs to a few (constructed) unplayable cards is going to make "spell last turn" Shaman work. The trouble with "spell last turn" is that most spells are reactive, so unless there's a solid proactive 2 and 3 drop spell, a lot of those cute abilities aren't going to be available to trigger when you need them to.
I think I will decraft Hanar, because hidden Rogue will be better now. What do you think about this?
Always uncraft nerfed cards to begin with. You can always craft them again later if you need them.

Standard, Wild, and Classic player.
Losing to Sire Denathrius makes me not want to play this game anymore. The Sire Denathrius nerf makes me want to play this game again. Losing to Deathrattle Rogue makes me not want to play this game anymore. The Prince Renathal nerf makes me not want to play this game anymore.
I don't like the nerf to my boy Stunner, I would've preferred it to cost 2 mana. Warrior is not hit hard enough, priestess of fury is unplayable now.
priestess of fury is one of the best cards in the game and any DH deck would run this still. In my experience i'm able to clear them after they get played every time with 7 health so it's not like it's gonna stop it from being played. Still a massive tempo swing card.

all of those shaman cards are fantastic and they just got better so a big win for shaman. It seems to me that people like to call cards or classes trash but they've never played the card and they're not playing the class lol
Paladin: This is a very good buff. The deck had nothing to do on turn 1, and now, it's best turn 2 play was turned into a turn 1 play. There may be a world where we play paladin now.
DH: Simultaneously weakens the early game and end game. I think this is finally the nerf that brings DH back to the pack. Runner is no longer an alternative 1 drop on 1. Screamer into Priestess is no longer a turn 5 cheese.
Warrior: Pretty soft nerfs, but I think that's okay. I think the reduced tension between beating DH or beating Warrior should allow people to play better against Warrior.
Shaman: Cool buffs, but I don't think they do anything. You still have a bad early game. You still don't really have a late game. I get that they think there is some sort of Quest build, but I just don't see it.
Hunter: I think you lose the beast package in shit like Dragon Hunter and Face Hunter, but other than that, it's still a good card.
Rogue: Pretty major nerfs. I'm not sure the secret package is splashable like it used to be.
Warlock: Major nerf but a good one. Decks that have w/r's that skyrocket because of a single draw that early in the game have always been problematic, and those cards have been nerfed a lot recently (Ancharr, Apothecary, etc.)

Yea but deal 8 damage to a minion for 4 mana is actually good by itself, when a card dont need to rely on it being discounted everytime to be good thats huge. And when you get 1 mana deal 8 thats insane.
one of the best tricks in the book that secret rogue had was bouncing alexstrasza and making her literally unplayable, but now that won't work.
I like that they're not doing sledgehammers anymore, and that they're nerfing and buffing WAY more often. I remember when you got 1 nerf patch per expansion, that was awful.
One of the best balance changes they've made Imo. Good to see improvement on that end, especially being comfortable buffing cards, and glad that they are buffing classes that are performing poorly. The buffs to shaman may be minor but they are something, but the Libram Paladin Buff is super helpful, for Pure Paladin as the go to way of playing Libram Paladin it just really needed a good one drop to play into the turn 2 buffs.
Hanar should be 4 health for sure, at the moment 5 health for a turn 2 curve play is really hard to clear for all classes and once it survives just snowballs so hard.
A lot of Grandmasters players have been cutting Priestess of Fury from their tempo DH and have had much success because of it, with this nerf that is probably going to be happening even more

The tournament/high legend ladder is different from the normal ladder. In those specific metagames, Priestess doesn't play as well into certain match ups (and that is still being debated).
I don't have the data, but I imagine in your normal ladder games, a T5 Priestess probably has a ludicrously high w/r.
I really hope Pure Paladin becomes playable. I know it won't be tier 1, but just having a solid 1 drop is huge. Plus you can play a buff card on turn 2 now.
Hunter... I'm surprised. That is a good card to buff a beast but Hunter is hardly oppressive.

“Warrior was not hit hard enough”
Every other Archetype besides Enrage Warrior is awful, Warrior shouldn’t have been hit all.

I'd imagine Kibler's face at the Dankness Below buff looks something like this.

Everything except Shaman should be playable now.
Warrior, Hunter and Rogue will be top tier.
Im not sure why was Hunter card nerfed, was it OP? Haven faced a lot of hunters so I cant tell.
