There's a lot of potential in all the prime cards, so I wouldn't dust any of them. Dusting legendaries that aren't completely useless; like gruel or hogger etc, isn't a good idea as the dust return is only 400 if you wait about a week and get a pack a day you'll get the dust anyway.
it depends mate. If you need dust ASAP to craft your favorite deck or simply powerful deck to potentially hit legend with it then maybe you should dis Vashj. In other cases i would not. ^_^
I want to craft Zephrys so that i can play a highlander deck but i'm 900 dust off from crafting it.
Then wait until you are 400 dust away before disenchanting. Who knows, what if you get Zephrys in a pack between now and then and now don't need to dust Lady Vashj.
Do you have other shaman cards (legendaries, epics?) Do you enjoy playing shaman, or in other words is it likely that you will play shaman in future? If that is the case, keep it, otherwise dust it
Right now in the meta its not that great. However...
I feel like maybe theyre going in a different direction with Shaman in this expansion. And I have a feeling theyre gravitating toward something else in the future and then the card might be viable or even a downright necessity in Shaman.
Hearthstone has always kind of been like that. They introduce a few cards and theyre not quite good, but then another expansion or two come out and all of a sudden a new archetype emerges using older stuff. Kind of like Spell only Hunter or Deathrattle/Thief Rogue in the past. Just some examples off the top of my head.
If you desperately need dust now and aren't a Shaman main then you could dust it. Otherwise, I'd hold onto it.
Blizzard will always make at least one pitiful attempt to get a card into the meta before it rotates out, so I wouldn't disenchant it if you play Shaman.
I just got this card from pack, i tried it for shaman and it's a 7 mana 5/4 prime that draws nothing.
It doesnt draw nothing you dont have any spells in your deck. You shouldn't dissenchant that card.

You can, she is pretty trash right now, but who knows maybe she will become viable at some point. Don't regret then.

Only free on the weekends :(

I would never dust cards which aren’t duplicate’s. But hey I’m a collector.
I once dusted all my wild cards and I have been regretting that ever since
Dude, its trash. Complete trash right now. I'll give you answer that some people might not like: DE that shit and move on
basicly, dont dust card unless you are in desperate need of dust.
then just dis this shit. Zephrys is a very good card.
Then you must be please about the recent duplicate changes!

Never DE Shaman cards. Thrall is the G.O.A.T.
I'm holding out for a "shuffle six Lava Burst into your deck" card that enables a quest Shaman/Vashj Prime OTK combo.
