Since the OP was about neutral cards, I'll edit this a little:
The first neutral legendary that EVERYBODY should craft is Kronx Dragonhoof. Everybody got Galakrond for free and Kronx is a must have in every Galakrond deck so he's a no-brainer. After that, I would say Zephrys the Great and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza are the best neutral legendaries to craft as their combined power enables the entire highlander archetype for basically all classes right now.
In other words, you'll have the most fun with the most classes by crafting these 3 cards.
For Wild: Reno Jackson, Emperor Thaurissan, Loatheb.
i have the expansions bro so no need to craft those.
You wanted the three most important. Maybe it would help to specify what you really want, because it seems to me that you already own the important stuff and also know very well whats good and whats not.

This.
Having Kronx and Gala in any deck will make any deck somewhat competitive. I created an FTP alt account, this year and Krox was my first legendary craft.
I you already have a huge collection, Zephrys the Great and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza, are definite must haves. They even have place in decks that draw a lot like Gala Warlock and, in the previous meta, quest druid. Caveat though, Highlander decks tend to be very expensive.
No sense in crafting individual cards. Very few cards (even legendaries) are strong on their own. Based on your available dust, pick a deck you'd like to play and craft the missing cards. Of course if that deck includes some generally strong neutral legendaries like some of those mentioned in this thread it helps a lot w.r.t. flexibility, as they can be used in other decks in the future.
There’s a lot of deck-defining neutral cards, though. N’Zoth can be played in almost any class and still be strong. Genn/Baku also define archetypes, as well as cards like Zephrys and DQA.

Well this might help you a bit

Since the OP was about neutral cards, I'll edit this a little:
Kronx Dragonhoof
Necessary in every Galakrond deck
Alexstrasza
Wincon in many control decks, deals up to 15 damage or saves you from certain death. In classic set.
Bloodmage Thalnos
Playable, although albeit not necessary, in many control decks. In classic set.
Maiev Shadowsong
Playable, although albeit not necessary, in many tempo, aggro, and highlander decks.
Zephrys the Great and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza
Wincon in Highlander decks.

Will also help if you tell us what classes/archetypes you want to play

N’Zoth, Lich King, Genn/Baku.
Odd/Even decks are good, N’Zoth decks are good, Lich King is great in any control deck.
Genn/Baku is kinda personal preference, do you like decks like Even Shaman more or decks like Odd Paladin more?
If you can just craft 3 I´d suggest going the Highlander route. Zephrys the Great, Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Siamat fits in to almost all of those.
Hogger is pretty OP
